Very pleased with how above and beyond the employees went for my family and I. We had been running around with our heads cut off trying to last minute get a truck to go to WA. I have moved way to many times to count and have experienced endless U-Haul facilities. Im sad I no longer live near this store because I would go back every time if I could. I believe Andrew (I think?) was the employee who spent quite some time before we got the keys for the truck to ensure it was super clean and in perfect shape before our trip. Thank you!!!!!

Had a trailer hitch installed today. They did a great job. Price was very good.

Got your ten-bucks... lost a customer! We returned our 26 truck the night before it was due. There was a minimal amount of debris in the back of the truck. We were told it would be a $10 charge to clean it. We said we would sweep it out, it would have taken three minutes max, but they would not allow that. We said we would take it off of the lot and clean it... nope...cant do that either! So, stick to your guns, get your $10, and kiss our patronage adios.

Reserved 2 large units 2 weeks in advance, was moving out of state and needed somewhere to put my stuff. I arrived with a 26” truck stocked to the max expecting to be able to store my stuff, only to be told that my reservation “couldn’t be found” and all the large units are being occupied. The only thing they had available was a small unit, which I couldn’t fit all my stuff into. If it wouldn’t have been for a friend who said I could store some of my stuff at his place, I would have been totally screwed over. Completely unacceptable.

This company is so greedy. Wanted almost 500 dollars for a tow dolly and truck to go 50 mi and back to pick up a car. GREED!!!!

The last time I was here I actually had a great experience but the time before that was not so good, Ill explain why. I was in a hurry because I needed to get to a store that was closing down for good before they closed for the day since I had bought a bunch of display cases already and needed to move them. I called u-haul ahead of time and told them what I needed and how I was in a hurry. They quoted me a price and I went down to their store front. When I got there there were two people at the front desk who were both new and didnt really know what they were doing. First off they took forever, then they tried to charge me about triple the price I was quoted over the phone, and they had a hard time telling me how to fill out the paperwork. Now I get it they were new so Im not faulting them per-se. Im faulting the eployee who trained them, whome I saw one of the new employees reach out to for assistance and the guy pretty much blew off the new employees saying well, figure it out. Thanks dude.

I rent a storage here. Ive always been treated fairly, promptly, courteously.

Guys !!!Due to my experience I will never come back here . They have very bad customer service !Staffs argued&yelled on me.I believe I was cheated.Its not fair if they not listen complaint from customers.

Why can I not call the phone number for this business? It only reroutes me to the national U-Haul corporate line. And then gives me 30 minute wait times. This is ridiculous. I just want to talk to someone at my local office in the building where my concerns are, here locally.

My tightly-scheduled trip from AZ to OR and back went very smooth, thanks to Andrew going the extra effort to get the motorcycle trailer I needed, which was 50 miles away. Great place! Thanks for making an easy trip....

Friendly staff and clean place. Not keen on prices but I guess it is average. Never had a problem from this business nor this place. I have used this place several times and only once I was kind of treated a bit rudely and I think that was because a guy came in dissing on women and I was the only woman in the place. Very awkward. The employee apologized to me when we were outside of the building hooking up the trailer to my vehicle. I excepted the apology and suggested for him that the guy who was being a jerk should of been addressed instead of letting him make there place look bad.Other than that quick and easy.

They even had it going to the wrong location.But Andrew straightened EVERYTHING out, intercepted my Ubox,and had it waiting for me at his store.(The original destination)This was done so quickly,there was no delay in receiving my things.Hes cheerful,hardworking, and again professional.Sure makes the moving experiences a lot more tolerable when you have someone like Andrew Weeks on your side.Id rent again and recommend this store anytime!! Service reps were fast and friendly.Truck renters keep in mind that, in addition to the daily truck rental, there are commercial usage fees and their insurance is charged daily (which is quite high). Corporate mileage allowances are not per day but per contract and are not a part of fuel usage, but wear and tear.This particular representative location has great staff, central location and extended operating hours.

My husband often rents trailers and loves this place. I happened to be with him there the other day when we discovered someone had stolen his hitch right off the truck. Super employee simply loaned us one!

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I am a pretty patient and easy going person and hate leaving these. The guy was very rude I believe his name was Andrew. I went in on a Wednesday and asked if there was a possibility of getting a 6X12 trailer. He said tomorrow (Thursday) at 12 there will be one. I show up Thursday at 12:15 and a different guy (Andrew) says we don’t have it and basically said I was SOL and he did not care one bit. He was very rude and I had mentioned I won’t be coming here anymore and he said “that’s fine” and raised his hands so I walked out. I have worked in customer service and this is NOT how you treat a customer unless you want to lose them. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. Sad..

Employees clearly under the influence of something. Unknowledgable about products in the store or prices of any items. If this place isnt a front for illegal activities id be surprised.

Had an equipment issue, and the assistant manager went well out of his way to correct it and ensure my satisfaction.

Unfortunately I have go give a bad review because one of the employees there used my personal information illegally and nothing was done about it. That employee received a talking to. I filed a formal complaint and still nothing was done. I wont trust these people again. I suggest you think twice before trusting them with your information.

I have used this location several times they are full service. They also have propane available and packing and moving supplies. The staff is very friendly.

Nice facility, but they should NOT charge extra to obtain 24-hour access!

U-Haul is a great resource and I have some friends that work there so I like going there and getting the job done in one spot.

We rented a box trailer and our trailer lights would not work. The owner not only found the problem ( a blown fuse in our pickup), but he would not let us pay him for the time he and his helper worked to find it

Ive used this location for multiple services over the last few years. moving truck, moving supplies, propane refill. The service is always good.

When I need to move they beat the quote that Penske gave me across town and found a U-Haul dealer much closer to my new home than other dealers had found. The one downside was the wait. The store was extremely busy and there wasnt nearly enough staffing to help people in a timely manner.
