I always have a positive experience with this store. All of the employees are efficient, and polite. Even if there’s a line out the door they move quickly and it never takes much time to take care of business.

This is the best ups store ive ever used. Very helpful staff and the owner went out of his way to help me with an notary. Thanks again for that!!

This place is AWESOME! I used to go yo Staples until they closed their doors because of this epidemic gor the safety of their workers. Well I found a better place with extremely intelligent and helpful employees! Dont go anywhere else for ALL your shipping needs!

Always great customer service, they go above and beyond to help resolve issues. My husband or I have probably come in here a couple dozen times and have always gotten excellent help and friendly service even in the middle of a rush or a line out the door. Highly recommend using this place as a drop off or access point!

The wife had me drop a package off that we were going to send back, you know how it is, and they were super friendly and I had great service. Theyre friendly atmosphere made my honey dues definitely bearable, LOL.

I’ve been in this place twice now, and I’m giving it one star simply because a wet noodle has more personality than either person that helped me. The service wasn’t horrible but the young guy and the older guy that helped both came across like they’d rather have a root canal than work with me. Why do people work in customer service if they don’t like people?

Gets the job done but customer service is about as friendly as a hidden cobra. There is one young man who when available is helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. If there were another Ups Store available Id definitely go there.

The Roseburg UPS store did me a great service recently. They were able to create a crate to successfully ship my fathers 4 foot model of and old sailing ship. This was a very delicate and detailed item that took extreme care. It got to me in Kansas in great condition. Better than I dare hope. Great job. The staff was friendly and attentive. Great job everyone!!!

All the Staff was wonderful this afternoon. I had several packages and mail to pick up today. They were helpful getting my packages to my car and when I called back about a missing package, the young man was professional on the phone, tried to help me then referred me to his Manager who handled everything perfectly. Thank you for great service and helping me with great Customer Service.

After asking a simple question the manager of the store was rude and refused to give me corporate number. this is a shame given i was trying to see who i got ahold of for the job interview offered at this company. you would think with all the christmas help they say they need the lady would have been a little nicer to get a employee so eager to work!

I tried to get a package sent to Sudan, but nobody was there where did they go.

UPS drivers drive way too fast through neighborhoods where children are playing. My street has a posted speed limit of 25mph and they go at least 45-50mph. I just watched a UPS driver go down my parents street and around a blind corner going at least 25 mph when the posted speed limit in 10 mph. If they hit a kid or pet, theyll kill them.

After being a customer for 8 months my box was closed without notice. During that time I still received some mail, just not personal mail such as cards or hand written letters and those were never returned to sender.I wonder if the new box renter ever saw them?I am still a customer due to lack if options.
