I got an online appointment @10 on Saturday with a valid receipt. When I got there the guy told me you don’t have an appointment here and he said drop off and by 1:30 your car will be ready. I came back at 1:30 and he said it is not ready come back 1 hour later.Such awful service in there and bad staff too.Never gonna choose this place for service.

The entire team was great. They kept me informed on the progress of fixing my car and even stayed late so I could pick my car up when I was running behind schedule! The service always exceeds my expectations and that’s why I keep getting my car serviced there.

The staff at the Goodyear Service Center in Rosedale, Maryland is amazing. They are honest, professional, and provide excellent service. On my last visit, John, Ray, and Joe provided outstanding customer service, which is appreciated. You will not find a better, more reasonably-priced service center to service your vehicle. Omg..this place was awesome. The guys were very nice and didnt even charge me to fix my flat due to some promotion ...what an incredible surprise. I had my guard up that they would try to sell me new tires and stuff...not the case at all. When I do need them, Ill be going there!!!

Place was the cheapest and was very fast. 1 hour to install 4 tires. Very happy will you in the future.

I walked in on a Friday needing tires installed on the same day after getting a flat and with front two tires looking like a ball. They didnt have the tires in the store  so asked me to return Monday when they got their delivery.  Surprisingly they called me an hour later, and told me they could have the job done on the same day! I drove away in a happy car!I appreciate their mindfulness of customers. Very pleasant, and on top of the game Anttony, Joe and team. Highly recommend.

I was shopping for tires for my Ford C-Max - 2013 w/ 32,000 miles on it and Goodyear had the best price for a great tire Assurance Fuel Max with a 60,000 wear rate. Took my car in to the Golden Ring store and handed my keys over to the person at the desk and grabbed a coffee. After 40 minutes the Manager informed me that there was something he needed to show me. I thought, oh man here we go. He informed me that the tires were installed and ready to mount onto my car however he showed me that the outer part of the disc was extremely rusted. It was just not one wheel, but all 4. He explained that in all his years in the industry he had never seen anything as bad as the condition these discs were in. Yet the pads and rotors were like new. Then gave me a really good quote which replaced everything. Arriving home I called Ford dealership and explained what had happened. They asked me to bring my car in. After explaining what the folks here at Goodyear stated they looked it over. They looked totally embarrassed or somewhat bewildered, using the term Ive never seen anything like this and they informed me they are going to replace everything, on every wheel. They said that riding for a longer time metal chips falling into the pad may have created a bad accident. I want to say a BIG Thank You to the folks at Goodyear in the Golden Ring store for their excellent service, and caring for the customer. FYI the estimate for the work at Goodyear was really, really better than the dealers. You have a Lifelong customer in me for tires and (after the warranty runs out) service. Thanks Again, you guys rock.

Each and every time I need my daycare truck serviced they take care of me I trust them with the vehicle I use to transport my little ones each and every day. Joe the store manager is always very friendly when I call and gets me done as quick as he can.

Ive always been very skeptical about going here to have my car serviced. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was amazing. They serviced my vehicle and now its running smoother than ever. The staff at Goodyear did not try to sell me unnecessary parts or recommend unnecessary services. Instead they educated me and allowed me to make an informed decision. I will continue to bring my car here for maintenance in the future.

I purchased my tires 2 years ago Goodyear Fuel Max and I am still happy with them. So much so that my son bought the same tires for his car.We both had a great experience at this shop from start to finish. Many thanks to the wonderful staff .

I took tires for a 350Z that I had purchased online to this Goodyear shop to be installed. While on my cell phone outside I watched the mechanic open my door and barely hit a pole with the door. I already had another door ding on that side so I didnt bring it up to management because I just wanted to leave with my new tires.Beware, they were the cheapest, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Refreshing experience dealing with a garage... while traveling our van died on I95 and the tow truck took it to this Goodyear location. I had no idea what the experience might be like dealing with a mechanic since we are not local. Mike and his team were incredibly helpful, very courteous, quick to help and diagnose our problem. They gave us great advice (which resulted in NOT repairing it). I cant thank them for taking good care of us and for going above and beyond! If we were local, Id never use anyone else.

The associate took me right in and within an hour my car was completed. Time was taken to explain synthetic blend and synthetic oils for my oil change. Thank you!!

Took my car here to get my oil changed. They changed my oil fine. But sometimes I have trouble with my drivers side window rolling up, but you just have to hit the button the right way. When I picked my car up, the window was stuck open, they had dismantled the door panel without my permission in an apparent attempt to get the window back up, and put it back together in a way that the button to roll up the window had fallen inside of the door! They gave me back the keys and didn’t say a word about. When I noticed I went back inside and asked what they did to the window to which the desk guy faked surprise at the problem. Shady. Will never bring my car back for anything. Not even something as simple as an oil change.

My tire was losing pressure every week so I brought it in to get checked. Manager and staff were very friendly, and were able to squeeze me in hours before antincipated. They found corrosion on my rim, ground it down, and resealed the bead, FOR FREE!!! They have my business forever.

I made an appointment online in the early morning, and went at the time for that to get my oil changed. I walked in with two staff members in the lobby/waiting area. Neither greeted me or asked how they could help me. One walked away, and as the other wrapped up helping another customer, he asked he how he could help me. Says my appointment wasnt booked and it would be a 3+ hour wait... I explained I drove all the way to Rosedale from Dundalk for this oil change.. Went to Jiffy Lube and was out in 20 min.

This shop is HORRIBLE! The customer service is so mean and full of Donald Trump supporters. They have no courtesy for others...Goodyear makes some dope white wall tires and some other locations are great, but this place is horrendous for your lowrider.. and for any other car as a matter of fact

Morning 7 o’clock to go to wait open the door，7 o’clock the front desk staff told me to wait for half an hour to handle my car (I am the first customer), half an hour after the other staff to the tire inflatable, and then I go to the front desk, the front desk told me to make a tire to make a reservation, Thursday afternoon can be completed, waiting for an hour after tell me to make a reservation, but also waiting until Thursday, this is not funny! Really wasting me time and bad experience!
