So, this is going to be the most honest review ever. I’ve been to so many dealers and places, with everyone saying the same thing. Bad credit, open bankruptcy. No car. I did t even know who Eastern motors was!!! My frat brother told me to come here and my sales representative, Yassine, got me a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder!!! I couldn’t believe it!!! I thought he was full of it be he got me squared away. I highly recommend him and make sure he gets you a bottle of water!!! He’s the absolute best and will keep it totally ho eat with you. I appreciate him! Now I can take my family around all at once!!!

I purchased a car from the Easterns Automotive Group location in Rosedale Md, a year later my car was totaled due to no fault of my own. I purchased gap insurance of course and a year later still have not had the car paid off through gap. I contacted Gap and they stated my paperwork was never filed for Gap insurance buy the financial department at Easterns Automotive I have been calling both the office and the cooperate department with promises of getting this issue resolved and have still heard nothing they do not show any empathy or any urgency with getting this matter resolved.

Do not get a car from easterns they are scamming people to get car crunching numbers on people pay stubs to get them in the vehicle they allow you to take the car home just to get the commission and come weeks later to repo your car and they keep your down payment… I REPEAT DO NOT FINANCE A CAR FROM EASTERNS they are so unprofessional they send a fake detective to my house impersonating a cop as if I was in some type of trouble they broke in my car they did not let my mom get my things out my car or anything they are the worse car dealer ship

Horrible experience I had. Salesperson was complete liar. First promised low rate of interest, then got documents signed, then informed the car we chose is not financable. Then tried to sell us higher rate of interest. Total scam. Please check all details before signing any documents with them. Also for no reason did hard credit checks, now my score took a nosedive.

I usually dont write reviews but I had such an amazing experience that I wanted to share. My husband and I have been looking to buy a car for 2 months and went to several dealerships. I always felt like they didnt want our business or werent very helpful. Easterns was a completely different experience. We didnt like the car the first time we came in but the sales associate John Moran worked with us to find the right car. He was very diligent and sent us a list of cars that matched our criteria. We came back the next day and sure enough found the car that we both love. I would definitely recommend John as he made the process very easy for us. I bought a used Nissan Pathfinder 8/24/21 and part of my back bumper keep popping out every time I drive and my trunk button is pushed in I can’t get the trunk open. I called them they told me to bring it in for them to look at between Monday-Thursday 10am-12pm. When I get there today Thursday at 10am the manager on duty at least that is what he told me was talking about oh that’s all cosmetic we don’t fix that you need to find someone else to fix it and pay out of pocket for it. I don’t understand why do I have to pay out pocket for something that is broken when I purchased it. The guy was rude, ignorant and unprofessional. He wouldn’t hear me out he kept talking over me and basically he told me I was stuck with it.

I had been purchasing cars from Easterns for years but I doubt if I will ever purchase from them again. I purchased a car for my daughter in 2019 the car was totaled. I need to submit warranty information to Gap to get the claim paid. I needed to get the warranty canceled and a refund. I called the warranty company and was told there was no warranty. I have contacted Easterns several times about this and Ive been hung up on, Ive been placed on hold, and sent to voice-mail. I went to Easterns in Rosedale only to be told to fill out a paper for the SECOND TIME, and it will get expedited still nothing and now the Gap claim period is about to expire leaving me stuck with a balance to pay.. I should not have to deal with this and Easterns need to fix the problem. Buyers beware make sure your warranty is valid before buying one!
