I had no idea the store was closing but despite that, the atmosphere was pleasant. The sales person left me alone to wander and sit on furniture while I decided what I wanted. He then assisted me instantly and it was quick and easy. I had no idea I would have to wait so long for the furniture but Ill be happy to have it once its ready.
My service provider was less than courteous when she thought I had changed my mind about making the purchase. Instead of listening to my concerns she spoke very quickly over me. When I addressed it, she stopped helping me, and remained quite, and had me try to test the lamp myself. Her attitude changed again (improved) when I said I would make the purchase
I was very happy with my tables that I bought. The sales lady was very helpful and a nice man helped me carry them to my truck. I also got an awesome deal on them!
The men were friendly and brought our new chairs in quickly. After setting them up, they moved our old chairs to the garage for us to dispose of. We were very happy with their service
We have purchased La-Z-Boy products for many years. They are well built and very comfortable. The recliners we owned had lasted in good order for decades. We also were very happy with the couch and love seat. The cost point is a bit higher but we feel well worth the price.
After waiting 4 months for our couch and love seat we finally recieved it. However it has about a 3 to 4 inch slice in the foot rest. Mentioned it to the delivery guys and they took 2 pictures of it and said Id hear from the company about replacement. So far no calls and no responses from my calls and emails.
We purchased a Dillon Sectional and cant wait until it arrives. The sales associate that assisted us was Ida, and she was very knowledgeable of the product and very helpful. I would recommend La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries for both their products, and professional staff.
We went to this branch unplanned and was greeted by Abi Helmick. She was super nice and knowledgeable of the products and services. We found some items that we liked and explained to her that it might take some time as we are in the process of moving to a different address and she verbalized her understanding. We visited the shop a few times in the course of a few months and was always greeted by her. The day we closed on our new home, we went back and purchased 3 sofas and a six piece dining set. Really happy with our buying experience that I would strongly recommend them.
Teresa was great! No hassling, but close enough for my questions, and able to answer them. Shopping was the easy part. The hard part? Waiting for delivery.

Had a great experience at the Lazyboy store in Rosedale MD. My sales lady Tressa was very knowledgeable and helpful. They are having a great sale on sofa, recliner, table and lamps. I found the perfect sectional sofa to replace my old sofa. It is the perfect color of Gray and will match perfectly with the other pieces in the room. I cant wait for it to be delivered.
My couch came way quicker then stated it would. The delivery men where very professional. The only problem I have is they scratched a freshly painted door frame . There are two big gouge marks that need to be repairs and repainted on the door frame the delivery men made when bringing the couch into my house .
Staff was helpful and let you browse without being overbearing. Was quick to provide assistance when asked. Got a great deal.

I had a wonderful experience. The sales girl was helpful. When I placed my order, she said it would take 4-6 months. It came in in 2 months. The delivery service was also good. We called and set up delivery. They gave us a 3 hour window and texted us when they were 15 minutes away. This is not our first sofa. We ordered one 28 years ago and other than the print being out of style it is still in good condition. I would recommend Lazyboy to everyone.
The staff were very helpful in picking out fabric for our new sofa bed that matched the curtains in the room. Upon our request, they recommended the best day and time to come in to avoid crowds during the COVID-19 epidemic. We are very satisfied with the service.

Just went in the Rosedale Lazy Boy store to see if they still had the sleeper sofa with the air mattress. Was told previously they didn’t; however, they did. We had one from a longtime ago and love it. Before we knew it Jeffrey the manager showed us what comes with the sleeper sofa and we ended ordering one the next day. Time for a change but the last three sofa sets over 46 years have been from Lazy Boy. We won’t buy anything else. I cannot believe we are doing this but so excited to get and change our decor. Thank you Jeffrey for all of your patience with us.

I always buy my furniture from La-Z- Boy, because it is well-constructed great warranty and made in America! Joe and I were interested in buying a loveseat recliner. I corresponded on line with Abigail a sales Rep. I told her what we were looking for and she helped us find the perfect chair. She asked us questions and made helpful suggestions. Abigail was patient and every experienced in understanding what we were looking for which made our experience easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend La-Z-Boy to my family and friends.
We ordered our couch in October and we were told it would take 4 months (which is an extended amount of time due to covid). We haven’t heard anything from the store, but 4 months came and went. When I called, I was told that our couch was delayed and would arrive “end of March.” On March 2nd, I called to get a more specific window, and I was told the new delivery date was MID APRIL!! THat is service I expect from value city (where we bought our last couch. Shipped a month late and lasted less than 4 years.) we splurged ($5000!) at LaZBoy hoping that spending more would = better service and quality. Disappointed so far in the service so we will see! The reason I gave two stars is because I spoke to a very kind store rep at Rosedale named Abby who was so apologetic and refunded our delivery price.Good luck!!

Sales people were great to work with. They were patient as we tried to decide on material for our recliners. Everything is very behind because of the shutdown, but we were able to find material in stock so we dont have to wait as long.
Extremely over priced items for them to be going out of business. I went to Ashley’s the same day and saw items for half the price at their original prices!

Cant give a 5 star because I had to get help from WayFair pricing to get the best possible deal but they did beat it by 50 for 2 pieces of furniture. Do your homework and dont be afraid to challenge the prices for the best deals. The people working there are very customer oriented to help you find what youre looking for.
Went with my sister to purchase a recliner. She had just had hip surgery so we had some specific requirements. The salesperson did not know the inventory in any way shape or form. She was pleasant enough but considering the fact that there was no one else in the store it would have been helpful to have someone help who knew the products. Other personnel in the store had to be frequently questioned by her but took no initiative to walk over to assist. Once I found a chair that was appropriate, they would not sell it off the floor. It was going to be 6 to 8 weeks to order one. It was also difficult to get any of the specifications on a chair so we would know what we were looking for for future reference. I would not recommend this location. I have bought many things from lazy boy in the past but do not go to this location.
My hubby & I told our salesman what loveseat we were interested in & that we were looking for recliners, too. During the BOGO sale on recliners, we purchased 2, but not the BOGO’s. My hubby is a larger man & the sale chairs were smaller. Our salesman was helpful & friendly.

I bought a double recliner, it was easy and efficient to do, simple- it has not yet arrived look for my next review.
We purchased two leather sofas, two ottomans, four pillows and two mission style recliners in August of last year and they were to be ready by December when our new has was to be completed. The new furniture was delivered in March. We received the right style furniture but the wrong color wood on the recliners. Not a big issue since they had the right ones made and delivered a few months later. Once I tried out the new chairs the part of the chair that is to keep your feet up was not functioning. We called and the sent out a technician. He stated that he needed to order parts for both chairs to correct the problem. Only parts for one chair arrived and when he repaired it it was worse than before. Called the customer care center and was told that they would reorder the parts again for both chairs and be out on June 29 to repair the chairs. I called the service department on that Tuesday to see if thy could come out sooner but was told no appoints were available and that the tech would be out on Saturday. I explained to the service department that they were to have the chairs repaired prior to my surgery on June 13. I called them on June 29 and was told that I was not on the schedule for that day. I told them since it was their mistake they need to get someone asap. I called on July 1st and they still have no solution. I told them since it was their error they need to be out to repair them in July 2. They told me they couldnt do it. I am so disappointed with this whole process. I finally get a call and was told that they could not come out to service the chairs for one and a half weeks.
Sales people were nice. They left us alone until we needed one of them. Then they answered all our questions. Financing was easy. Im happy with the quality of the furniture we bought. The delivery people were great!! Its a little on the pricey side though.

Good selection. Found the right chair for my husband that I would also be happy with. Price was a bit higher than I wanted to spend. Hopefully another sale happens and will knock my price down,,,,Update on my chair experience slowly going down hill. I was set to receive my chair in January (right after Christmas since gift for husband), well guess what? I still do not have my chair. The day it was to be delivered I received a call that the delivery guys cut through the leather when opening my chair box. Chair had to go back and I was told 2 weeks I would receive it. I still do not have it and the La-A-Boy is now telling me beginning of March. My husband is questioning whether there is actually a real chair coming. Very disappointed at this whole situation. Stars should only be 2 at this point. I was hoping my order would be rushed back to me, but I found myself waiting another 8 wks for the chair.
I had a wonderful experience in the showroom. The sales people were helpful but did not pressure us. We visited on two occasions and had time to make our decisions on our own. Once we got our furniture, however, it turned into a completely different experience. Our recliner arrived broken and when I called customer service the same day it arrived, I was told it would be at least five weeks before someone could come out to fix it. This was after it took four weeks to arrive. They refused to send a new chair and pick up the broken one. They offered to credit me a percentage of the purchase price but it is a store credit!! After five weeks, a repairman came out and fixed the chair but it is still not right. The whole chair tilts forward and it creaks as though the frame is cracked. I want a new chair.
Visited laZboy on Hwy 40 to shop for a recliner. Received attention from salesclerk shortly after I entered, was educated on what was available but then given freedom to roam on my own. Delighted to find a Managers special sale that fit my needs perfectly! Great service, excellent price, and the delivery service was quick and the best I have ever experienced for a large item delivery-accurately told me exactly when it would arrive in a 2 or 3 hour window! I recommend this place for both quality and service!
I am probably not the right person about La-Z-Boy. Ive bought furniture three times now and Ive had issues with them everytime. The floor sales person has been very cordial, delivery folks but........I would use whatever had purchased for a few hours and something would break and require a serviceman to come out. I ASSumed that a customer with a problem like this they would want to get it resolved as quick as possible. La-Z-Boy doesnt work like that. You have to put a ticket in and wait for the next available tech to come out. Mine was just a hair below of 2 months.I have decided to sell it or give it to charity and just go out and buy new.

It was excellent delivery they called the evening before and gave me a timeline for the next day and they called again to inform me they would be here in about 15 minutes and they were. Very organized.and just fyi i HATE taking surveys - even my Dr. has a survey to fill out -- I feel like if you had bad service you complain but it is not nessary to waste my time taking surveys for everything I do -- Even in the department stores they want you to take surveys -- Now I think I might start by asking everyone I buy from if they were satisfied with my payment, my choices, my looks, attitude how much time I have spent choosing what I want to buy Yep think I will answer these surveys when they answer mine. Our sales associate, Abi, at La-Z-Boy @ Golden Ring was amazing to work with. We had a bad experience at the Bel Air location but I called the Golden Ring location to ask questions that Bel Air couldn’t answer...I spoke w Abi and she was able to answer our questions immediately. Meeting w her a couple weeks later, she really demonstrated how knowledgeable she is in the product, design, sales and good ole customer service. She helped us match fabric w our paint color, she did a computer generated mock up of the furniture and color scheme, and even offered to do a home visit to see what works in our home. She went above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about Abi and our experience at Golden Ring La-Z-Boy.
Abbi the designer was great. Helped me pick out the whole room with lots of textures and unique prices. She even came to my house and measured to be sure of the perfect fit. Great La-z-Boy quality as expected.

Just purchased 3 loveseats at the Rosedale Lazy Boy showroom. It was a great experience. All of the salespeople (Susie and Al) were patient, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I went there 3 days in a row to match up colors etc. they were very helpful. I was offered the free in home design service with Abi. She was outstanding. Came to the house, measured, took pictures, matched paint colors, fabric swatches and provided a professional diagram and colored pictures of the new furniture in our room. I highly recommend trying this service. Abi listened to what we wanted and guided us in the right direction. This will be our 3rd lazy boy set as it is well made and comes with good warranties.

Chris was so helpful during the process. We forgot to take measurements of the furniture when we were at the gallery. We called him in a pinch and he went to take measurements so we could make sure the furniture fit our space. We can’t wait to get our furniture!
If I could give a zero I would. I purchased a sofa, it came with a crease in back cushions, asked fir replacement. Nope, service technician has to come, want to return all together and was told nope, can’t do that either.Julie Schulz

Dont shop here. We went to clearance area and rec liner had $600 or so on it. They believe it or not changed the selling price up to $1000 and got away with it. Never go there again. We are older people and dont know if this was behind it

I am giving 5 stars only because Abi is awesome! If I were basing this solely on my shopping experience, I would give zero stars! I purchased the furniture about April 1st and here it is July and I still do not have it. It was promised to me by the first week of June. I was told that the delivery men dropped and broke the arm of my sofa and that that was the problem. Abi kept in touch with me on a weekly basis to keep me informed.
The staff made me feel very comfortable they took there time to show me all of the models and features on the pieces I was interested in. I was never presured.
