Was my first time there since moving to Roselle, took my car for inspection, from the moment I drove in, the guy was so nice and despite my car being lowered he quickly took my car without hesitation… I went to the office and the gentleman in the front desk was nice and as I was giving him my info my car was already being taken care of… was in and out and despite how much of a hassle a lowered car can be, they did a quick job… I know I will return for any mechanical issue … awesome place

It is shameful and humiliating, that in this place, they hit the car, the mechanic when doing the route test, when I returned to the said workshop and my husband asked him what happened! this man denied what he did! and I accuse my husband of driving the car like this! outrageous that they violate ethics, principles and together with the manager, they wash their hands, without assuming their responsibility! The lack of honesty is incredible! Worse daring to hurt the integrity and principles of my husband! 😡

Quality Auto in Roselle Park is a good honest mechanic with great service. We have an older Honda CRV (2007) car and they have been fabulous. We drive in from Jersey City because we trust them and they have helped us out without breaking our bank, which other mechanic have tried. The gentlemen at the front are professional and patient and just as importantly, knowledgeable.

Sooo I went to get car done at the belleville quality center they charged me 677 dollars to put an oxygen sensor in the car keep in mind I drive an 07 chevy cobalt 4 cyl...the next the car kept stalling again and starting late...told the guy that I wont ce back to belleville I live too far from.there...one in westfield is closer this guy name Will older white dude cated like he didnt care that wasnt his problem...right now as I am writing this my car is still sitting there...wt no one to take care of it...do not go there wt ur car ever...they still have the money and the car...DO NOT GO THERE

Exceptional exceptional service. Even during these hard times they stayed open and assist and I was in need of auto repair. They were quick and prices and service more honest and fair.

Despite the covid infection rate and covid-related deaths rising by the day in NJ, neither of the employees I interacted with in the small, indoor office wore masks. A plexiglass shield does not prevent the spread of the virus on its own. I will not be returning here because they do not take basic, simple steps to ensure customer safety.

They guys were able to fix my car quickly and were very efficient and professional to the point that the next day I had another of my cars serviced by them. I came here after my tire blew on the highway and I realized I had bought a Living Social deal for an oil change, so I figured why not kill two birds with one stone. While I did end up spending three hours there which was much longer than I had wanted, they did tell me in advance it would take about that long and I ended up getting several things fixed.This was the first auto shop that actually brought me behind the desk to physically show me how my motor oil was very thick & turning into a dark brown color (they even brought out the normal oil to show me the difference in color and texture). Willy also brought out my cabin filter to show me how gross it was and to explain what was happening with it with the build up of dirt on it. He also showed me that my tires were balding and about to start cracking. Jay, the Indian man at the desk was not a man of many words and was soft spoken and hard to hear at moments, but he was very polite. Willy was super friendly and we had some funny conversations while I waited.I had gotten an oil change at a Brake-O-Rama in Roselle Park a few months ago prior with a full inspection included of the car. The person caught none of these problems. He also failed to notice that my car needed realignment and even told me it was fine and didnt need it. Im so glad the guys at Quality Auto caught these problems! I feel like I was driving a death trap and had no idea.Willy and Jay, thanks so much for your help and for the discounts as well! You guys rock! I will definitely recommend people to your shop in the future.

Went there with 2 bald tires, took them 3 hours to change 2 tires. Tire fell off 1 hour later and smashed a car in the incoming lane. The police said it was amazing no one died. the tow truck driver said the front tires were a different size and that the wrong size was installed by Quality auto. The lady who the tire hit had cuts all over from the glass and a broken arm. She is suing me and I am in turn suing Quality Auto Centers. STAY AWAY.

The people were friendly, the service was fast and great but if youre buying a groupon, beware of the hidden taxes and fees charges. I had to pay an extra 12 for the tire rotation plus taxes and waste fees. They tell you in the small print. By the end of it youre paying the full price for the oil change because thats what it comes out to with the groupon and 20 extra in fees.

Last time I been there to change engine oil. Next day (after 50 miles) I checked oil level and it was below minimum on the scale although I have any leak. Thats good I was driving easy that time cause I could damage engine. After my complain I got $5 for quater gallon on oil... I dont recommend that place. Unless you will watch labor or you will check everything by yoursef after their job.

Quality repair is a bad name for them, lol. I believe the only time theyre quality is when they burn you on the price.Took my car on to the lift, drained the oil, then told me it needs an oil change that cost twice as much. When I asked what we can do, he said pay double or leave with no oil, and blamed me for his mistake of draining it before checking what oil my car needs. Very immature and disrespectful shop.

The worst experience I have ever had in my life. Complete and total wires and scam artist that love to rape you on the price. Had front and back brakes put on my car called to verify that the price included the machining of the rotors which was on my receipt. The rotors were never grinded down and wept within 2 weeks and I had to go to another place and have 2 brand new rotors put on after they were just replaced 6 months ago. When I called back they lied and said that I did not ask for the rotors to be grinded down even after I called a second time and asset that was included in the original price. Ive not only contacted my attorney but the Better Business Bureau. This place is a scam

Had cars serviced really quick and no hassle

I started going to this location because of the coupon deals I received. The Indian man at the counter was always a little rude and seemed easily bothered. I dealt with it because of money I was saving. Now, a year and a half later, I dont think Ill be going back to this place. This last time that I went there was a white man at the counter and he was extremely disrespectful. At first he was nice and kept trying to make conversation, even though I was reading while I waited for my car. But then when he was invoicing me he said next time u wait too long to get the oil changed Im gonna give u a spanking...unless thats a good thing maybe youll like it and he and another male customer laughed. I didnt want to make a scene so I didnt say anything. I also noticed when I got home that they didnt even fill the oil to where its supposed to be. Just because Im a woman doesnt mean that I enjoy being spoken to like that. It also doesnt mean that you shouldnt fill my engine oil to the line because you think I wont check.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. What terrible customer service. I was told to bring the car in at 8 a.m. and I was there around then so they would be able to look at the car and give me a quote. Hours pass and no call. Around 11 I go to see whats going on with the car and they told me they are too busy and would not be able to work on the car! I waited HOURS just so they could tell me that they were too busy to work on the car?! I let them know what horrible customer service they have! They could have called to let me know or just told me that morning not to even but not even a phone call. RIDICULOUS! Next he goes on to say well I dont even want to do the job on the car. Wow! I went to another place after all this scam happened and while this place quoted me $250 the other place quoted me $!00 and did a good job! What horrible customer service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. WASTE OF TIME and a RIP OFF!
