Very honest company and will certainly be using them from now on. I have an old system that was acting up and was prepared to get a new setup if this one couldnt be fixed. The tech came out and was able to simply repair our existing hardware.

Excellent...couldnt find a key for universal bathrooms and toilet dispensers...guess what they had it.

The locksmiths who came to our place was very nice, I showed him all the locks, and he did what he had to do on short time and he was done. Took one star away because 4hour window is a little too long to wait for locksmiths. Otherwise no complain.

Terrible service and poor workmanship. I have been four times for key cutting. Twice to have the keys cut and twice to have them rebuffed. The edges were too sharp and would not turn the lock. Additionally, the staff is rude and charges about $3 for a simple mailbox key. Any hardware store in the area is better.

Poor service. If you love the smell of smoke, the store is a smokers paradise. Stood in there for 30 minutes while they walked around and said they were working on a key of mine which they informed me may take 3 hours. Did not want to pass out from the smoke so I left.

Very friendly store with master locksmiths !!! They were able to cut a key for my Mustang t-top locks without a duplicate !!!

If I need something done right, these are the guys. Even as simply just making a key. Hours are hard to stop in.

The guy who works here told me on the phone that he can make a copy of my small mailbox key. I get over there in person and after barely even looking at my key, he tells me in a firm, unfriendly tone that he cannot do it. This so-called locksmith shop couldnt even copy a key, when that is their specialty?? Very unreliable business that cant even do what they advertise.
