Anthony was great !! I bought a tiffany style lamp off of the facebook market when i took it home it was not working correct . i took it over to Anthony he fixed it and he also gave me the history of the lamp as well .I would recommend him to anyone ....he’s fantastic and he loves what he does !!

Horrible customer service. They confused my shipping address and sent to a different location. After I contacted them to see what we could do, they did not offer any solution or a refund. Instead, I received a rude email with a google map screenshot telling me that I was not far to where It was delivered and that I could go pick it up myself. Luckily, I only ordered one item to try them out, so my lost wasnt that bad.Never using them again, taking my business elsewhere, only reason I give them one star is becase its obligatory.11/9/18 - In response to LightWORX answer:Anthony, I still dont think you understand the issue, like I mentioned several times before when we communicated, for personal reasons, Im NOT able to go to the billing address, that is exactly why I SPECIFICALLY put in a different address when I placed the order for shipping. So please understand I cant get access to the item, if not, we wouldnt have this issue.Now, I can tell you run a good business and offer good customer support given your other reviews, just not with me, and its ok. I just didnt appreciate the fact that when I initially contacted you about the issue you did not offer me any solutions and then you told me to drive almost 30 mins to go pick up the item at the wrong location you sent it to. After three emails, I asked if a full refund was possible and you said no because of company policies, which I understand.Again, YOU sent the lamp to the wrong address, yes, it is my billing address, but I dont live there anymore and I dont have access to it, which honestly doesnt matter because I put in another address for shipping. So at the end of the day, I cant use the lamp or return it, so my purchase went to waste thanks to a mistake on your part.You have a great weekend.
