Took care of anything that I needed done in a promptly manner.Marvin was there when I first started, now his son Robert is working with him.Robert just fit me with my new set of hearing aids… he was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me…. Great service!!

I have had such a wonderful experience with Beltone. This is my first pair of hearing aids and Beltone’s team does not ever disappoint you! They really are there with you to make sure any question you have can be answered or an adjustment can be made. They are so warm and welcoming and when I call the office, I speak with someone immediately and that just means so much in this day and age. At the six month mark now, I can say from experience that my hearing aids are high quality, fit well, and I can adjust to different noises and situations to improve or block out certain noises. When you take the plunge and purchase hearing aids, you really do instantly start to notice all of the sounds that you have been missing and your quality of life improves ten fold. Five stars definitely!!

Marvin, the audiologist, is outstanding. He is very good at what he does and genuinely takes an interest in helping his patients hear better. Robert is super friendly and he always tries to understand your needs. I am very fortunate to have found Beltone in Roselle Park. Okay, so I didnt anticipate a GREAT EXPERIENCE at my moms hearing appt., but thats what we had. Dr. Robert William Kleinman goes beyond professionalism, to being informative, personable & even funny. He kept my 85 years spry mom on her toes, challenging her - in his humorous manner- to wear her hearing aide. A Dr. after my own heart. THANK YOU Doc.& BTW if your ever looking for tips on trips to Jerusalem, foods etc., hes a storehouse of great & yummy information.Well be sure to recommend Dr. R. Kleinman to our friends.

I felt the need to write this review because it is very rare that you receive the service provided by Dr. Kleinman. He made an in home visit to evaluate my hearing. Not only was he personable and knowledgeable, but he was very thorough. On a personal note, I am 92 years old, with macular degeneration, and cannot drive as a result. Dr. Kleinman was so gracious to drive me to run errands after my appointment. Truly an old soul, and one of a kind!

I have been using Beltone to provide and service my mothers hearing aides for some time. I have found them to be professional and compassionate to all her needs.My mothers dementia has been a ongoing issue in how she responds to the care and use of her hearing aides . All too often i have had to contact Beltone for a broken or lost hearing aide yet i have always found the staff to be more then willing to be more then helpful. My mother is always treated like she is the most important client they have. My mother is always greeted with a smile and a genuine concern for her wellbeing. Recently i was surprised to find out that the care extends to the memory care facility she now resides in.I highly recommended Beltone to anyone who is looking for a hearing aide provider who genuinely cares for the needs of their clients

My mothers hearing aid snapped, but her audiologist was on vacation. I looked on internet, found Beltone, called them, and they agreed to look at the hearing aid. The audiologist said it was just a quick fix. He took it in lab, fixed it within 10 minutes - and charged me NOTHING!! Such kind and helpful people! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
