I originally gave this repair shop a 5 star review, but after the horrible experience we encountered today I had to change it.We desired to replace the entire driver side mirror assembly for our son’s 2002 Civic. The shop gave us a price of $125.00 for the replacement. Advance Auto quoted the replacement piece at $45.00.My husband and I were wary of the large price difference, so we purchased our own and asked the shop to install.The mirror we purchased did not fit the vehicle. We went to pick it up to exchange for the correct size. When I mentioned that the quote received from his shop was higher than Advance Auto, the owner accused me of calling him and his family “a thief”.He was verbally aggressive, demeaning and unprofessional. I was shocked because I have spent money there in the past and referred my children to him for tires and repairs.My husband and I were told not to return to the shop and were treated like garbage.DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!I don’t understand the DR. Jekel and MR Hyde personality switch, but we do know where we choose to spend OUR MONEY!!!!!!

Great place for used tires. Great prices, reliable and timely service-in and out. Took my 2007 BMW X-5 for two front tires and they had two beautiful matching front.tires for a fraction of the cost new. Shop attendants were very professional and courteous and completed the work while I waited. Good people to do business with.

I had a real situation with the mother and the daughter that work in the office. They actually said to me we could do it the nice way or the hard way and all I was trying to do was figure out why certain things didnt get done that I requested and I thought I was paying for because when you would tell someone to fix the car and make sure it runs well you expect a certain service. I understand that they had problems ordering things online so they refuse to order online so I actually bought a lot of parts myself. I have no issues with working with people hence why I bought parts for my car and I had to wait for the parts to come in. Thats why I took a little over a month to get my car back. The mechanic the guy he knows his stuff thats a good thing but when you have a lot of negative attitude and people are willing to get into fight with you you start to get a little sour. Edited And now you replay on Christmas and you are a mechanic place not a body shop and I wanted to fix my car and you guys are awful in communication. Its not my fault that you cannot explain your shortcomings

I love Andres auto part. I have been going there for 10 years plus. He is very fair, and reasonable. He is trust worthy and his service is reliable. He is NOT like other mechanics. Bring your car there!! He will fix it and fix it right!!

Great place to go if you dont want the problem fixed and your car worse then when you brought it there.The response from the owner is a false statement. The parts were new. The work was shoddy. Now I am spending double the amount to repair the vehicle when it should have been repaired correctly the first time. He mentions that to use parts from his source becaus its covered by warranty. No warranty form given, and the parts broke literally 2 days after. My vehicle sat for 3 months because of not having time to have it brought back in or money to repair. Just words of advice. The choice is yours if you come here. Just beware you might have either more work that needs to be repaired or the same work repaired by someone else. Not to mention scratches all over your car. A business like this deserves to be brought to light and a fair warning to customers that come here for vehicle repair.

Family oriented and very honest. I had back brakes repaired with calipers replacement . Estimate was done prior before I made the decision to have their service rendered. Repairs were done within the time given. They are very authentic and reliable! Recommend to anyone in the neighborhood or elsewhere for they get the job done right the first time around!

He asked 400$ and I got it done for 100$.I got a broken bolt, when he saw it he says he gonna need to take out the alternator and other stuff to reach the bolt, I took the car to other place, they extracted the bolt without removing all that stuff he said.. and for 100$ not 400$

If i could give this place zero stars i would... The customer service is horrendous. The place looked like it was closed and it should be... I will never ever ever in my life give this man any business... If you live acroas the street from this place and need emergency services go someplace else... Prices are not listed and when they tell you its ridiculously over anyone in the area.... Do not go here all other 5 star reviews are probably written by an employee or family member....

Sold me a car advertised as Turnkey and Great Condition. 2 months later the driveshaft fell out of the car while on the highway and caused 11k in damage to the car and nearly killed me. Reached out to them and never heard back. Be Careful.

Awful experience here... This guy was just some employee working for the tire shop but he insisted my tire could not be plugged! He wanted me to buy an old used tire and only pay cash... seemed fishy. Just because I am a woman doesnt mean you should take advantage and try to sell me some old tire you want to get rid of from your lot. I ended up going to another tire shop and they patched up my tire and didnt try to screw me by selling me an old tire!
