Ive never had a good experience at this location, the manager is especially terrible, but its the closest auto store to me. The straw that broke the camles back was when I went in today not a single employee was wearing a mask. Save yourself the greif and go literally anywhere else.

The people working at this location are amazing human beings. I went in feeling a bit hopeless and distraught with my car troubles and they changed my day around entirely. I want to give an extra kudos to the gentleman named Dave for going above and beyond to help me out, and the other staff for being so helpful and kind.Even though the items I bought werent able to fix my car trouble entirely (something more serious, ended up needing a mechanic), I 100% would buy it all again just because this place is awesome. If I ever EVER need anything else, I will be going here again for sure.

The comment posted on 10-15-18 is totally false. I was in the store at the time the reviewers girlfriend came into the store. Her battery was tested (tested good, needed to be charged) and she was offered 3 options for a battery to purchase but the store was unable to install it due to corporate restrictions based on the type of vehicle they had. The reviewer was trying to bully the store personnel into installing the battery, threatening their jobs, and his behavior caused his girlfriend to have a panic attack. The store personnel handled this incident very well, offering to help in several ways they could, but the reviewer wouldnt listen because he couldnt get exactly what he wanted.

I already called in to report what happened, usually I love shopping at advance Auto parts for the great inventory and simple way the locations are set up. never again will I send someone there for help but only to buy a product and leave. no other business should be done at this location. apple valley and Burnsville are night and day better and I will continue to bring my thousands of dollars of monthly business their instead. the Rosemount location refused to test, sell, and install a battle for someone that was in a helpless situation. bad employees should be removed from employment and the way the employees here harass customers shows me no one there deserves to work.
