Over 2 hour wait to get COVID vaccine booster shot for my parents. They are in their 80s. None of the staff seemed to know what they were doing. There were several other customers frustrated over their long wait times. Previously as well staff have come across as clueless to indifferent. Unfortunately this branch is closest to where I live. But will probably switch to a different one for the future.
Absolutely terrible customer service do not recommend. Lady in pharmacy drive thru didn’t have a clue and was very rude and when I had to call today waited on the phone line 3 separate times over 1 hour and 20 miutes in total and still didn’t get helped!! Will never go back to this location!
Waited in the pharmacy drive through for an hour to get up there to realize I accidentally scheduled my covid test for tomorrow. No opportunity to just take the test today. If they want people to get tested, why can’t we just come and get tested? Cool.
If I could give this Walgreens (and majority of others) a zero, I would. Staff seem completely incompetent, sat in the pharmacy drive-thru line for over a hour…I could go on with all of the issues with Walgreens. I’ve reached out to customer service and have never heard back.
The photo employees are super super good! Another Walgreens had botched a photo order of mine, so I brought it to the closest Walgreens I could find, and they were so, so nice about it and fixed it for me on no extra charge. Absolutely lovely!
Extremely disappointed with the pharmacy service. I called in before hand to ask the time for rx pick up. I went at the time I was given and was told it’s not ready and asked to come back. After going back they tell me it’s out of stock. Sigh.. not even an apology. I understand there will be delays due to busy schedules but when asked to come back 2nd time at lest check properly.
The room they put you in to get the flu shot was so dirty, wrappers from the wipes all over the floor, dust bunnys/ hair rolling around. Not somewhere you would feel comfortable getting a shot.
Nice place has medicine to food to hair products to gift presents. Nice prices that arent crazy expensive and everything is neat. Walgreens has a pharmacy which you can pick up your medicine from if you request to receive all medicine from there. The Walgreens has a bike rack for bikers too. Nothing is wrong with the place and the employees are kind and helpful!
Made appointment for flu shot, had to wait behind walk ins for over half an hour. Dont bother to make an appointment!
Ive found that prices of every day items are a bit higher than other convenient/department stores (esp. Target). Havent had great success printing posters or banners; Theres usually a white border around everything that doesnt show up on the online preview. They dont mind putting you on hold for awhile...
Extremely nice staffReally good deals of stuff
Fantastic place. It may be a little pricey, but the cleanliness and how friendly everybody here seems to be truly makes it a worthwhile visit for me!
Watch out for their beauty consultant Jenna she is very pushy and urges you to buy expensive products because she needs to hit her goal of products sales, even asked me to buy something and return it later to ensure her goals were hit. She bragged about stealing products from her work because they owed it to her as she said. Shady people working there, beware!
The pharmacy is probably fine, however they should not offer flu shots if the person giving them is uncomfortable giving them. I felt he really didnt want to be giving shots and made me feel like it was a problem for him. Maybe because the pharmacy was busy. I ended up walking out and going somewhere else. The room they brought me in was not clean and I felt like they took me to a back closet. Just not a professional situation at all. Lesson learned just go to the Lakeville Med Express.
Very clean, always smiling employees who are willing to help! Very nice!
Love the convenience of having a location close to me, but they are always dealing with a computer system that is always down. Causing for my prescription never to be ready when they should be.
Its an OK place, but I have bought expired products from here more times than I care to keep track of. The worst was when they had expired baby food for sale. Luckily I caught it before feeding it to my infant. They need to get better at checking dates. Im sure theyre short staffed chronically, so that probably plays a role. The employees there usually look like theyre dead inside. Hard to blame them. Might be worth checking out CVS just down the road on County Road 42.
Employees are very friendly and helpful.
Went to Walgreens to buy chips, gum and smokes. Before I can even finish asking, the howler monkey at the cash register starts shrieking about needing to scan my ID. Im a grey-haired gentleman of a certain age. I show her my ID and tell her that she can type in my birth date, but I dont see any reason for it to be swiped into the computer. She starts screaming that its state law that all IDs be swiped. BS. If thats your company policy, ok, but there is no MN state law that forces me to swipe ID into Walgreens computer. I explain that I no longer want the purchase and that Im leaving. She just keeps screaming at full volume, youre breaking state law! I had no prescriptions or the like, it was unreal. Needless to say, Ill keep my interactions with howler monkeys to the nearby MN Zoo & wont be returning here.
If you are able to, GO TO ANOTHER WALGREENS!!! Pharmacy staff is extremely rude and incompetent!
I went to the Shannon Parkway Rosemount, MN Walgreens locations on June 22nd, 2017 with my two toddlers. Walgreens was running a sale on Olay body washes; buy three large olay body washes at $4.99 a piece. They also had a digital coupons on their app for $12 off 3 Olay body washes. I got to the counter with my two toddlers and the Olay and tried to make the purchase but the coupon wouldnt work even though the manager could see that the coupon was not expired and clipped to the account correctly. To make matters worse the male manager refused to discount the product down to what it should ring up. He blamed Walgreens management stating he has been told he cant make any chances. My question was: why are you called a manager then? I walked out and will take my business elsewhere. Im extreamly disappointed that customer service and common kindness is dead. Not only did I spent 30 mins with two tired toddlers in hand trying to figure it out but they couldnt even make it worth my while in the end. No one knows what they are doing in that store.
Please tell your employees not to touch customers or their babies. Especially their faces and heads You work with money and sick people . Keep your hands to yourself.
Apparently your website shows that your pharmacy is open TODAY from 7am-10pm. I come to find out its closed! What an inconvenience!
They need more employees in the pharmacy. I always have a wait...more than any walgreens I have ever been to.
Waited over 10 minutes in a nearly empty store for someone to help us at the photo counter. Only employee in site was the cashier and 2 customers.
