I went to the store ordered a mattress was told that the mattress will delivery in 10 days; was perfect because I need it by that time. The sales man told me that they will call me the day before for delivery instructions. No one call me so I called the store was told that the mattress I ordered is out stock, I told the sales rep that why they wait for the last minute to say that. I went to the store and requested my money back. Not a good experience.

We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. We visited the Mattress Firm location at Brazos Town Center this past Sunday. Kevin Hood took great care of us. He patiently answered our questions and provided details about the various mattresses we were looking at and available options. We ordered the Whitfield by Beautyrest on Monday and requested delivery on Wednesday. We got a call on Tuesday evening providing delivery time-frame. Our mattress and box springs arrived today well within the scheduled delivery time. The delivery guys were friendly. We came in looking for a mattress for our son the sales rep made the experience easy, my son loved one of the mattress and the price was pretty affordable too.

I bought two Dreambeds and adjustable bases at this location a week apart. The first sales person, and his teammates, did an amazing job helping me decide the right bed for my needs. There was a small delivery glitch, but Daniel, the manager, did a fantastic job in providing a solution that was more than satisfactory.The second purchase was about a week later because the wife ended up not liking the medium firmness of the bed and wanted the plush. We ended up moving the first one into our sons room; he liked the medium firmness and he needed a new bed also. So, Daniel called me to explain that there was an apparent issue at the warehouse and that they did not have the correct base in stock. Daniel, once again, did an amazing job at providing a solution to this problem as well.Humans make mistakes, and not everything always goes as planned, but Daniel and Mattress Firm made it right by me. Everyone was great from the sales person to the delivery guys. MF sends you an email the day of delivery that has a link to the how location of the truck as well as estimated time of arrival. It also has a picture of your delivery driver. You can’t beat that kind of service.All in all, even with the minor hiccups, I would still 110% recommend Mattress Firm, especially the Rosenberg location.
