I didnt catch her name but the tiny lil lady that works there rocks! We got our wires crossed on my order and, instead of telling me NO, she made me custom Cherry filled Chocolate Bars on the spot! They were almost as amazing as she is. Job well done.

This is your average donut shop - nothing out of the ordinary. The donuts 🍩 are good as typical for Shipley.

Donuts were ok, the glazed was the best. they didnt really have alot of selection went at 10am but the people there just didnt seem happy to be working.

If I can rate this place 10 stars I would they have good service and there food is amazing .

Neighborhood donut shop. Girl helping me not only had stitches in her hand but got my donuts no gloves only paper to grab donuts. Im pretty sure thats a violation of health code but she was nice and I wanted donuts.

This is a decent location to get some morning doughnuts. I had no problems with ordering and my wait was not long. The food was on par with the other locations that I have visited.One thing about this particular location that you have to be aware of is that there is a high school near by and as such on certain mornings it can be packed due to students coming in to get food.

Been to this location several times. The donuts are always dry and or burnt. Decided to stop by one more time. Went in and the only thing I wanted was really over done. I said something to the lady and all she did was shrug her shoulders and laugh. Walked out and went to another place and was beyond satisfied with the other place.

Only Shipleys I know in this area, good fast service a lot of customers in the morning but good overall.

This place doesnt seem to keep good employees. For instance I usually buy coffee butbeince the employee had left this customer doesnt knownif store be open late . Every time I notice someone know work the closings shift and next you either the quit and manager has to close early

I love going to this Shipley the manager older lady is so super friendly and just sweet says hello I love going to this Shipley’s I always ask for hot donuts 🍩 and they will make them right then for me! 😝😬today I went in and I ask where they hot the lady behind (I haven’t seen her guess she’s new) the counter she said yes they where hot I got the donuts and felt they where cold and she said those where the hottest and warmest ones back there! Very disappointed because this my favorite Shipley’s I have one a few minutes down the road but I drive to the one I’m Rosenberg! 😩😢

We went in this morning, bad service, we were given the wrong kolaches...again. Even after I specifically asked her on which ones she placed in the bag. She seemed as if she was bothered by customers. Wrong job if your not going to give customer service/ friendly. Dont get me wrong though, the food is hot and very good.

This morning I visited this location at 5:30am and asked to have hot donuts. I was told by the manager it would take 10 minutes so I stated that I would wait. I can only assume that me asking for hot donuts upset the manager because she literally snatched the donuts out of my hand and stormed off to the back of the store cursing in Spanish to her coworkers. I couldnt believe how rude and disrespectful she was over hot donuts. I will never spend my money here again.

Fast friendly service, great kolaches

I’m a huge fan of Shipley’s especially the one in Angleton. However, my recent visit to the location in Rosenberg left a lot to be desired. I will definitely not be going back to the Rosenberg location. Our experience started with waiting in line, which was fine, except the cashier asked me to get in a different line so she could wave a gentleman in from outside that she knew and serve him while I waited in a different line to be served.The ham and cheese kolaches were way over cooked, burned and dry. Needless to say the Rosenberg location needs to be re-educated on customer service. Definitely sticking with the Angleton location!!!
