Needed just one thing, Vitamin E oil to treat a bike accident scar to assist in healing. Couldnt find what I wanted so I went to Pharmacy and Pharmacist came out and found it for me and answered all my questions with a smile. Excellent customer service!

Twice in a couple of weeks Ive entered the store to see at least 10 unhappy people waiting in line with one poor cashier trying to check as quick as they can.Today it was the same situation except there was another employee cluelessly stocking shelves right next to the line.Where is the manager? Anyway, avoid this place around 4 to 6 PM.

Rude customer service. By both pharmacist and lead pharmacist tech. Where did customer service go. They only care about money no pharmacy consult just to read what was on the slip. What a joke. Find another pharmacy.

I went yesterday to order medicine for me and I had a problem with insurance there was a female employee who did not help me I think she needs training how to help with clients with a smile but then an employee named Marina came and helped me a lot and she called the insurance company to take information and help me She was very nice I want to thank her with all my heart

Nick you are the best.i went today to this pharmacy. My prescription wasn’t ready yet .Three cars in front of me on the drive-through lane. I called the pharmacy. Nick answer me I told him I need my prescription,he said it’s not ready but I will help you I will fill the medication for you immediately, And he did Thank you so NICK⭐️

Not sure what is worse, the unstoppable phone calls from your pharmacy or closing the pharmacy drive thru during a pandemic. You got two lanes, open the other for prescriptions.

Just wanted to say that Erica in the Pharmacy is the best. Erica is always helping the customer with a smile and professional attitude. I came in to get a prescription filled she made sure I was in an out in less than fifteen minutes. Please keep Erica moving up the ladder as she is always working to make the customer happy at CVS Pharmacy!!

The worst experience I ever had with any given pharmacy. I was put on hold to speak to pharmacy staff for more than half hour each time. I can not believe a business can be run like this. All they care about is to put you on hold to listen to their bs commercial for flu vaccine you like it or not. And my prescription never been filled. I will not use you again!

The last year has been out of control. They never have their act together or a presciption filled in under two hours. Whomever runs the pharmacy should consider a job change. If I keep seeing the same faces and continue being met by the same incompetence its not them, its you.

The worst and most unprofessional pharmacy staff I have EVER experienced.Try to call them ... wait on hold forever ... and very very very very rude. Have dealt with them too many times ... unprofessional to say the least.Stay clear if you ever need to talk to a polite and helpful person.

The pharmacy is awful. Both inside and drive thru pickups take FOREVER!!!!

Prices at this CVS are higher than other CVSs in the area. This particular store has good employees that are friendly and helpful with the exception of 2 that I’ve encountered. Also, this location is typically out of stock on ad items. They seem to be a little under staffed and also some of the cashiers need a bit of training on coupon usage; although most coupon issues I run into are glitches with the CVS system it seems. Clip to card coupons are a joke and never work and then the cashiers just say sorry nothing they can do.

A little expensive but convieniently near westpark. Friendly staff and not too busy.

The most incompetent, unhelpful pharmacy techs Ive ever had the misfortune to deal with. Went to Walgreens, problem solved with efficiency and courtesy.

I have a 20 minute commute to work. Theres a Walgreens right next to my house and a Walgreens right next to my work. The only other pharmacy between me and my work is this CVS half way there. I decided to drop in one day just to split up my commute and the card reader would not work. The elder lady working as a cashier accused me of not knowing how to use the chip reader on my debit card. Funny thing is, my debit card does not have a chip. She was very rude and condescending. After I cleared everything and scanned again, she said, good thing I said something so these other customers can get through. My comment back was, its good thing that there are two Walgreens on my commute so I never make the mistake of coming here again. West Roseville, I feel so bad for you guys having no other option. You need more options!!! Two stars because the Advil I got cured my headache.

They wanted to charge me almost $7 for a pint of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. No way!! I’ll just get it at Walmart for HALF THE PRICE!Thank you CVS, for attempting to rip me off.
