The store is trashed. Items all over the floor. People are stepping on things that are supposed to be new. No one bothers to care about how it looks. Ive been to better looking garage sales.

Shelfs are empty lately. Had the cheap 2 dollar mop but not the good mop. The more durable one they did not have.

Very clean place. I find everything I need in there. Dollar General is pretty much my favorite store

Workers are very nice and helpful, but the markdown aisle is a complete mess and nothing is in its correct spot. Spent over an hour picking out things, only to have not one be the price it was supposed to be.

The prices are great, but the night time staff often closes early. When the door specifically says theyre open until 9pm and you never know if the door will be locked by 8:30 or what - its frustrating. Poor business.Tonight is another prime example. 8:45 pm and the doors were already locked with 2 employees standing at the registers chatting and ignoring customer knocks.

Just not enough staffing. Staff is always pleasant and does their best. Someone dashed out very brazenly with stolen items. Only so much staff can do. Maybe put a security officer in there, Mr. Dollar store owner. Put more staff in there and pay your employees better.

Dollar General is the best store to find stuff like Cake Mix, Sodas even Bluetooth Tower Speakers Im rating this store 5 Stars.

Too much stock in isles, can’t get around them easily, blocking everything!

This is one of my favorite locations. The staff are really friendly and they are quick to walk around and help you. If something is not on the shelf, they will gladly go in the stock room and find what youre looking for.

It just ok could have been more cleaner.

Dollar General and Family Dollar are two of my FAVORITE stores to go to!! The variety they have and the prices are awesome and their products are phenomenal!!

The cashier at the 9 Mile store does not wear a mask during the pandemic and they have contact with thousands of people per week

So they had everything that I need. Store was clean and neat. The problem that I had with the manager she had the Lysols behind the counter and you couldnt see it.You had to ask for it and she act like she had an attitude. Shaking my head somebody really need to check these managers at these stores. This is the second time Ive been to this store and was not happy how they handle things...regarding the Lysol!!!

They were so very nice. It was Christmas Eve and they had to work till 11pm. I felt bad for them. I have one closer to me( a few blocks away) and Id rather drive extra miles to that store!!

Good customer service and they do always seem to have what I want. I always visit this Dollar General and I am never disappointed.

So I went here right after watching a #JeffreeStar approved makeup video. I bought a foundation brush and the stores makeup line is pretty dope!! The actual store was overwhelmed with merch as usual so I picked up a cinnamon broom and some Glade candles and left before it got out of hand. I must say they have quite the selection of everything. I was pretty surprised.

This Dollar General is a complete mess! Everytime I visit this location there are boxes of things to be put away just sitting in the aisles. Then what I came to get is always OUT and the shelves are half empty. Probably in those boxes. Dollar General please do better!

The women employees were nice. One of the women gave me the key to use the bathroom, she was very understsnding about my situation.

Usually have what I need at a reasonable price and isnt a huge overwhelming store full of people.

Terrible not stocked and anything on clearance wont register that price.Gift cards have to be paid for in cash and not a debit card.Boxes of stock and stacks of empty boxes all over.

Clearly states on the door open till 9 P.M on Sunday yet at 8:10 P.M the door is locked. This was NOT the first time this has happened at this location. WONT be a third time

Wow they have so many deals.. Seriously was shocked at name brand stuff at a deep discount.. Milk 2 weeks from expiration date and I paid $1.50..and face lotion that usually cost $15 bought for $7

Not all things are a dollar but they are affordable and they have some good stuff

Dont get me wrong, I love the store, but at this particular one, the cashiers and managers are always on their phones. Theyll be ringing you up and chatting on the phone and seemingly irritated with the customer like youre interrupting that conversation!

Found what I was looking for at a affordable prices, batteries and some touch spray paint.

The staff was very friendly fat and professional the only downside about that stuff because its a smaller store it does not have the three Day sales when they do come along but other than that they are peaches and clean and I will recommend them to anybody

Its amazing how cheap this company is. They wont allow enough staff to run a store! Cant get any help, wait in line way to long. You are better off going to Walmart Lol and Dollar Tree!
