I have been shopping at this Cub Foods store for a LONG, LONG time ..... My compliments & complaints with this grocery store are normal: sometimes I love the prices and sometimes I dont ...Sometimes the service is great and sometimes its not ....Typical grocery store..... Today I decided to write a review because I bought the hot chicken dinner from the deli today and it was INCREDIBLE ..... 2 pieces of hot, tasty, moist chicken plus a dinner roll and choice of sides for $4.99 + tax.....I look forward to buying this meal again......The lady working at the deli counter was very positive and helpful .....She said Cub sells a lot of these hot chicken meals .....I highly recommend this meal...!!

Bulk buy is still closed but I can pick up an apple, lick it and put it back. I just want some raw cashews wich you can bulk buy at most cubs. Plus the entire place is an unorganized mess

Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection. I wish they required their employees to wear masks; face shields are useless, and more than one employee wears them exclusively.

Very sad-looking store, seemed poorly run, unorganized, and run down, I guess thats what happens when youre not a union store.

Usually a little less busy than other grocery stores in the area. Can buy poptarts in peace. 5 stars.

The layout of this cub makes you feel like youve stepped into another dimension, and not in a good way. I dont know who decided on the location of items throughout the store, or those diagonally oriented displays, but they might have been in another dimension while doing so because it makes no sense compared to any of the other nearest Cubs. Everyone is friendly enough but this place still gives me the creeps.

This place open 24 hours .its a nice and clean all the time. Variety of products from almost everything you looking for .the prices is unbeatable. The good thing is an employee owner who care about his employees.

It is a smaller store which I like - especially now with COVID - but keeping things stocked has been a challenge. One drawback is that they do not enforce the mask requirement. I have seen people ( mostly men) without covering, looking around as if daring someone to say something.

It was cool at first but today I went in high and two workers just kept looking at me and literally followed at least one did the other worker stayed by the register by the entrance of Burlington but anyways the other lady was somewhere and came straight to the self checkout next to me and and was pretty close not sure if she thought I was going to steal but no I wasn’t. Other than that it was pretty cool but I’d like to come in and not get looks and come nearby to see what I’m on

Cub has what I need when I need it. I can go to 2 or 3 other stores and they will all be out of what I want, but if I go to CUB they always have what I need or want. Way to CUB!!

Excellent place for fresh vegetables and meat products at affordable prices.Lots of sales going on all the time. Very friendly staff.

I enjoy doing my grocery shopping at this location. It is easy access from Snelling or Cty Rd B. The produce is always fresh and being replenished on a regular basis. The staff are friendly for the most part and the check out lanes move fast. The pharmacy offers flu shots and SHINGRIX shots which save time in going to the doctors office. Nice reasonably priced fresh cut floral.

The layout of this store is very weird and unlike any other Cub I’ve ever been to, but everything else is the bee’s knees!

Wonderful supermarket! Customer service was amazing. They also have a fantastic parking space. The store sells high quality items at fair prices. I will shop again.

The pharmacy from 2 indivividuals are rude, disrespectful and never work with people. been trying to get a perscription filled for over a month, nothing but finger pointing from lazy employees always an issue with doctors office . asked them to contact me if doctors office unresponsive and thats to much for them.RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and LAZY excuse machines, whenever covid ends so will my association with these C-L-O-W-N-S.

You can find very fresh fruit and vegetables here. Cakes are pretty good too. Its a little more expensive than Walmart but definitely the quality is better. I like the food here too. Their meatballs are amazing. Also, the most important thing: staff are very nice and helpful.

This is one of the nicer Cub stores in the area. They have a great selection and all the employees are nice. Robin at the service desk has a great personality.

Small for a Cub Foods, but a good selection of cheese and frozen section. Ive met with the bakery, and they were very helpful and informative--wanted us to get the most for our money and have a delicious cake on time. Also, they have a front door and a back door, which is great.

I have been a Cubs customer for over 19 years. Convenient for getting just a meal or filling your cabinets. Like the floral department for getting that someone special a little something.

I live a block away from the Larpenteur location and I drive here for my groceries. Smaller, easy to navigate, quiet and no drama. The employees here are also very friendly and helpful especially cashier Kimberly.

Order a special Cupcake Blossoms 13 ct Frosted Cupcakes! I went to pick it up and they gave me a 8 small cake. They said they didnt have the right stuff to make the cupcake blossoms, what a joke. Wont be using their service anymore. Then on top of it they charged me $20.00 for a small cake.

Overall the store is what youd expect from a Cub Foods, just a bit smaller. Sometimes it feels narrow.The bakery items Ive eaten have been very tasty - love the buttercream frosting.The customer service in the Deli is great - especially like Min, shes very smiley.

Sooo disappointed that they didnt have boxes of regular Twinkies. The had fudge-covered AND chocolate, but NOT regular!!

You know what I really am quite fond of Cub Foods thats for darn sure I have loved every Cub Foods That I ever have stepped foot in and this location is no different! They have a good bakery here and the frozen selection is outstanding they have everything I need good produce- no complaints thanks Cub so much I really do appreciate it

Pretty small compared to most other Cubs. They do stock many other things (brands and products) at this location then other Cubs that are even double the size. We go here often just for that reason!

Good place for a quick. I was able to get stamps here. Very helpful.

Instacart showed stock of something at this location, but there actually wasnt any. Also, this is the only Cub I have been to recently that doesnt have a receptacle for recycling plastic bags.

Ive recently moved and have visited three different Cub foods in the area looking for a new one to go to. This has been my least favorite out of all of them. The layout doesnt make a lot of sense and it can be difficult to find things. Ive also felt in both the times I went here that the workers were unfriendly.

Its a Cub Foods, but because its a smaller location due to it being in the mall, it has about a third less than most other Cub stores. If you need a certain variety of a product usually carried at Cub, theres a decent chance they wont have it here. Good in a pinch, but if you have time, go to the Cub in Shoreview or the one on Larpenteur for a full-size Cub.

Cub Foods are well stocked to serve the tastes of most people. They also have in-house pharmacy and have small supply of seasonal paper plates, napkins, etc.

This is the most depressing grocery store Ive ever been to.

I am aware that the level of customer service has dropped off with Cub foods getting rid of regular bagging helpers. However today was rather shocking. On 3/10/18 at 6:20 am I have a cart full of groceries, and I was the only one at the registers. And what seemed like a a nice enough casher scanned my food and checked me out. I start the process of bagging my food and the cashier, instead of giving me a hand, starts reading a gossip magazine instead of offering to help. With her back to me, she occasionally looks back to see my progress, almost hoping Im finished by the time she moves on to her next article. Another shopper enters the line and as she finishes ringing him up, she looks at me progress and walks her magazine back to the rack, grabs another magazine, and slumps her shoulders noticing I still have more to go. We lock eyes, and she turns her back and opens her magazine. Im honestly shocked. If I had a few items, or half a cart, but I just bought 300 bucks worth of food. And to have an employee give me the look or hurry up was extremely off putting. Im giving this experience a two star rating because I like shopping very early and this store offers a 24 hour experience. But this has happened several times now over the last year. Less costumer service at the registers. I cant imagine that Cub foods corporate office would have a rule for cashiers to not help with bagging. Considering how hard they are trying to keep up with Hy-Vee, whole foods, hell even Walmart bags your items. Cub foods corporate people, lack of customer appreciation is the reason people will shop somewhere else.

General price for food and great way to get a career start

This Cub doesnt have good shelf organization, or a fresh deli counter. Tried to find fresh Italian sausage, ended up only finding frozen.

The store itself is ok. They have good items and the location is convenient with the other stores at Harmar. But the staff is not always friendly. We had a question for a manager about returns and it is perfectly alright for them to state the regulations but it is not ok to do so with an attitude. The response we received as unacceptable, with a tone of voice and facial expressions that have little to do with customer service. Not the experience I expect at a place where I am spending money.
