I was very impressed with the customer service! I called to discuss my situation, and made arrangements to drop my sons bike off with the expectation of a week or less turn-around. Upon drop off it was determined that it wasn’t as challenging as I had described, and the issue was fixed on the spot for a great price. Definitely recommend!

Very impressed with the owners knowledge on bike fits. The main issue I was having was discomfort/pain in my left leg while on my road bike to the point I no longer wanted to ride. I wasnt sure what to expect when I came in for a bike fit, but within a short amount of time, Curtis was able to identify the issue and with a few adjustments to my setup had me feeling much better on my bike. I now dont dread getting on my bike. I would recommend anyone experiencing discomfort on his/her bike get a professional fit done. Its amazing what the correct setup can do!

These folks are fantastic. I was having some super frustrating derailleur issues (Shimano GRX), Curtis and Dan worked their magic and adjusted it so it now works smoothly and perfectly. While the had the bike they also noticed several other adjustments/tightening that were corrected. Very prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

When a crucial part on my bike broke the day before my first triathlon of the season, I came in to cannon cyclery and they were able to get me a replacement part on the spot! I had called and visited multiple places and everyone told me the manufacturer is the only place to get it, but cannon cyclery came through and I can’t say enough about the service. It wasn’t even a part they keep in stock and just happened to find one after digging through boxes of parts, all for a first time customer. They seem to genuinely care and they now have a customer for life!

First class experience at Cannon Cyclery! My Campy Record Wilier suffered a corrosion failure on the cable guide. I brought it to the well known bike shop in the area (who shall remain nameless) where I bought it originally (it is a 2003 model). The phone call to this shop included a dude you could use a zip tie!. Undaunted I still brought it to them hoping for the best...instead I did not have a pleasant experience. With a hardly a detailed examination they concluded the bike frame was compromised and the bike should not be ridden. I spared them the discussion that I was an engineer and didnt think that was the case...I just knew this was not the place I needed to be. A quick internet search led me to Cannon Cyclery! 5 minutes inside the place, I met Curtis who patiently listened to my story, put the bike on the stand and looked it over. He thought it could be repaired but needed to drill the rivet out and then inspect (exactly the right course of action). I left the bike with him and received a call a few days later explaining it could definitely be repaired and in fact he could run the cable through the top tube. He also suggested new handlebars and a top to bottom scrubbing on the mechanical parts. A week later I picked up the bike better than new at a reasonable price! You can see the before and after photos. If you are looking for a bike shop with nice knowledgeable folks that will take the time to listen and answer questions and know how to repair bicycles (including repairs slightly out of the norm), this is your shop. They did a great job for me at at a fair price! Ill be back.

Great local shop in Roswell and the repair service is top notch.

We only had 24 hours to get our sons Fuji bikes brakes repaired before he went back to college and these guys did an awesome job. They not only made the repair in short order but also gave my son some maintenance tips which he really appreciated. Everyone else I called wanted at least a week for what amounted to a 20 minute repair. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I was a bit conflicted looking to purchase my first road bike. I’m tall so most stores either didn’t stock or had a very limited selection of bikes in my size.I knew I wanted quality components and looked at several different options including used bikes and ordering a bike online. I knew I needed to find something that was a good fit but couldn’t justify paying twice as much for lesser components from the big bike stores.I was referred to Curtis at Cannon cyclery from a friend and the local riding community. He had a relationship with an up and coming brand (Blue Performance) and he was able to get me a bike that exceeded the specs of the other options at a similar cost to a quality used bike. When it arrived, he took the time to properly fit the bike to me and helped me get used to the pedals and shoes.Service first shops excel at all the things I needed. Objective on the equipment and focused on the fit. They do not have a bikes in stock that he is trying to move or promote. Great little shop. Honest. Personable. Ive taken my bike here twice, once for a tune up and once to fix some gears and things I couldnt. Its pretty clear these two guys love what they do and are plugged into the biking community.
