Nice, well appointed shop with good selection and courteous staff

Clean, courteous. Good selection of accessories (lighters, humidors, etc), but a smaller selection of actual cigars. They certainly have the basics, and I would recommend The Cigar Merchant. Just dont necessarily expect them to have that limited edition you read about on your favorite blog.

I have been visiting The Cigar Merchant for about 4 years. I have never experienced anything negative with the staff or owner. The lounge is fantastically furnished to accommodate the individual who wishes to relax and enjoy a good stick, or the businessman who seeks that office away from the office via the free wifi connection. The selection of products is very diverse and accommodates just about any price point one desires. The atmosphere has always been inclusive of all walks of life. Its a great place to buys sticks, smoke sticks and hang out with great folks.

Helpful workers and reasonably priced cigars, which is about all you can or should expect. Well, and the selection was pretty good too, which is nice.

The Cigar Merchant, Roswell offers a very friendly, laid back lounge with a nice ambience and an excellent collection of cigars, cigarillos and pipe tobacco that are moderately priced. Coffee is always fresh. Scott Bailey and his team of Mike and Chuck always make you welcome and at home. A nice crowd of smokers as well.

Called five minutes before closing to arrange for pick up of impromptu special order. Not only did they remain open but was extremely helpful in organizing sale! Client happy, Im happy!

This is a good place for some pipe tobacco. They have a nice selection and they are helpful when it comes to picking and choosing. Most cigar stores have nothing to do with pipes but these guys are not like that.

Very nice place with a wide selection of cigars. Theres even a lounge to sit in comfortable chairs and sofas with a t.v. to smoke ur cigars.

The Merchant is the place you can come and be at home its like my second residence; Scott the owner is a pleasant kind hearted person who gives everyone a warm welcome very helpful staff and great picing on any cigar of your tast this is the best lounge so far in my opion.
