Sad. What was left in the store was over priced. I felt like the original prices were purposely higher than usual, so with the 60 or 50% off, the discount prices were still higher than they would have been at full price. But I have always loved this store and it is sad to see it this way. I wish they werent closing.

Great experience in this store. Had not been in a few years because of the opposite experience. They have a wonderful selection of seasonal items and a year round area. The staff were extremely helpful. Took the time to verify inventory. Match an online item price. Helped me load a larger heavy item. Wrapped all the fragile items and double wrapped a few without having to ask.

There were 2 people “working” here. They were obviously avoiding eye contact with me.No one bothered to acknowledge my existence. I even stood in front of them- I’ve never ever felt so invisible.How incredibly rude of them. No one asked me if i needed any help finding anything- It wasn’t even busy and they don’t close for another 45 minutes.I walked right out. This place has nice things but good luck on getting any service.

Ive been shopping at Pier 1 for, literally, decades. I think I bought my first beanbag chair at Pier 1 back in the 70s. This particular Pier One in the LaFrontera Shopping Center is well stocked with interesting and stylish furniture, household goods, glassware, cookware, home decorative accesories, sculptures, wall art and the ladies at Pier 1 will even rotate the tires on your vehicle while you shop. Just kidding, but the staff is very friendly and helpful and provide a pleasant shopping experience. My wife purchased a 4ft by 4ft piece of wall art at a deep discount. The helpful staff happily offered to wrap the Tree of Life in protective plastic for the trip home. Above and beyond good customer service. I highly recommend that you take some time to browse the Pier 1 in the La Frontera Shopping Center. 👍👍👍👍👍

I used to be a big spender and the lay out of the store was very appealing.No silverware sold anymore.China seems to manufacture almost all that is sold and at a pretty high markup.

Great customer service. We actually bought a great piece that was defective. They swapped it out quickly and were helping with loading. So many great items here.

So I used to work for Pier 1 (3 years in management) and had a good impression of them until today. I will not shop here ever again. I made a purchase at the Lake Line store and they were super helpful... I came in today to La Frontera, to return a mirror that was the wrong size, and instead of taking that as an opportunity to help me buy a different piece, I got eye rolls and snide comments because they had to accept a return. To think, I was actually planning on upgrading to a higher price point item... Really guys? I think you have a manager opportunity here

Love pier 1. The staff is really friendly. If they dont have something in stock they can order it from any other store and they call you when is ready for pick up.

Although the store can be slightly expensive and a bit cramped, they sell amazing products that I simply couldnt find anywheres else! Whether it be a perfect table top decoration, or a seasonal display, this store manages to always have what I need!
