Kudos to Dave Krause. He spent a lot of time repairing my laser and explaining things to me (educating me, really) where I felt confident. I would certainly continue to use Laser Scientific for my repair needs provided that Dave Krause is assigned to my ticket—he was terrific.

The tech was here bright and early on Friday morning and had us up and running before out first guest arrived. The Technician, David was absolutely fantastic and worked with the staff to make sure sure there was no disruption to the schedule.
