Went in to have batteries replaced on our 3 watches and team member Nicole assisted us. She was so knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. I dont own leather band watches but I loved her watch. She let me know it was in stock, took hers off and even let me try it on! I bought my first Armani leather band watch and my fiance bought a new watch too! Jessica was also very helpful. It was a great experience and I will definitely recommend Round Rock Fossil Outlet to my friends and family.

I came into the store with a hybrid Fossil watch I couldnt open to change the battery. The woman at the watch station delicately and expertly opened my watch and changed the battery. When I tried to pay for the battery, I was told it was complimentary.I always have a pleasant experience with the staff in this store and cant recommend it enough!

We went to this Fossil Outlet a couple of weeks ago when my old watch died, and were thoroughly happy with the entire visit. Jessica was fun and extremely patient, and helped me find the perfect new watch at an incredible price! We had the back engraved while we were there, as well, and the entire thing is absolutely gorgeous. Its exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend this location highly enough!

They have a nice variety of watches, bags, belts, accessories etc. The employees can be more welcoming. But, once you decide on what you want to try-on, they are helpful in that. Checkout is also smooth. Of course, being inside an outlet mall, finding this shop is a little tedious.

Excellent customer service!! I have a small wrist and its very hard for me to find a watch I like and one that will fit. Will was the sales person who helped me find a watch that fit and I loved it. He was very helpful so much that I went back to buy a mens watch for a gift and once again Will help and I had great customer service again. I will keep going back in the future.

Terrible customer service! We talked in twice, completely ignored- finally once I asked for service they refused to sell me a watch bc it was on display. I understand but they refused to check availability at other stores. They told me to call so the other store could ship to them and they get credit for the sale. I waited forever for them to “charge a watch” so I could see the display. Complete waste of an hour and horrible service all around.

I came in a couple days ago just to browse around and jessica helped me out. She was really friendly and helpful. I was having a hard time picking out items and she was really patient with me. I ended up doing all my holiday shopping here with her help. Phenomenal customer service.

I originally began shopping online but was hoping to get my husband a briefcase quickly so I called the store this morning to check that they had the options I wanted to look at (the Haskell and the Defender in cognac) in stock and she said yes. Turns out she didnt have the Defender at all, and the Haskell she didnt have in the right color. Apparently theres 2 versions of the Haskell and she didnt choose to clarify which one I wanted on the phone. When I walked in, I was the only one in the store but she didnt even greet me. She stayed on her phone for several minutes as I obviously searched through a specific section. I have previously had a very good customer service experience at this store when picking out a smart watch, but this experience was terrible. Nothing positive to say this time- very disappointing.

Unbelievable service. I had a broken fossil, I was sad. I had bought another off craigslist but the battery was dead. When i took the one i just bought in for a battery they said they would repair my other for free, and they did. Thier warranty is awesome. No receipt no problem. They fixed it with 0 red tape.

Great service! My watch mysteriously stopped working so I figured it was probably the battery. When I got there they changed the battery but it still wouldn’t work. So they just exchanged it for a brand new one!

Very helpful and kind. The associates went above and beyond. I came in looking for a specific laptop bag but they didnt have it in stock. They found one at a store in Georgia and are transferring in for me. The best part is they didnt make me pay for it up front in case it didnt fit my computer.

This store has a huge watch selection. They have many more watches than the Fossil store in the Domain. Be careful because it can get busy. Luckily though they have plenty of staff to help. My wife got a watch and they were able to let her try on a few different ones and the re-size the band of the one we chose. She was very happy afterwards. The had the exact same watch I saw at the Domain location for 20.00 less.

I love the Fossil store on Round Rock. Everytime I have gone in browsing or for something specific, I ALWAYS am treated with some of the best customer service. While Fossil does carry great quality products, its the service that keeps me loyal.

I would like to applause a young lady by the name of Taelar, she is an outstanding Employee at the fossil Round Rock star, she has an amazing personality she always keeps a smile and she treats everyone like gold, not only the customers but her coworkers also, I have purchased about 5 watches in the past few weeks, I have told family members who have also visited the store and made purchases, she truly defines everything Fossil stands for, if it was in my budget she could sell me the store, her knowledge on the fossil products and policies is outstanding, if there is an award for showing pride, leadership and exceptional customer service Taelar should receive it, I will always remember her as Miss. I took my Fossil watch in hoping to get it repaired. It was a Fathers day gift from my son several years ago. I have searched for a pin to fix it but have not been able to find one. Luckily that day Calvin was working and he got my watch fixed. Unfortunately as he was giving the band a stress test (to make sure the new pin would work) the other pin broke off! Calvin apologized and he was able to get my watch refurbished for FREE! Excellent customer service from Calvin.
