I came here because my luggage of 15+ years needed a little repair. I didnt think it would still be under warranty but much to my surprise it was. They sent it off for me and I just received it. They did a good job of repairing it. I also took advantage of the Memorial day sales and was pleasantly pleased with my purchase. I recommend this store if you are looking for good reliable luggage.

Exceptional customer service!! I brought hard shell luggage to the outlet location that needed a wheel repaired. The store manager who was extremely friendly promptly responded and explained the process for replacement since the product was still under warranty. I received timely correspondence via email from the warranty team and within a few weeks had a new piece of luggage!! Thank you so much for handling my request. I am so happy and grateful for the positive customer service experience!!!

I have visited 2-3 times in the last few weeks for purchase & other transactions. Matthew was patient and flexible to clarify any questions and address any concerns over the phone as well. Handle broke on brand new suitcase and the salesman was absolutely horrible. Will not be backUpdate- Salesman called to say, you can just have one off the shelve knowing that I dont live anywhere near that office. Another annoying inconvenience when I asked that specifically in person and was told no. Gave one more star for at least trying this time.
