I ordered some flowers for my friends birthday. They sent a confirmation email when it was delivered, and the flowers looked amazing. They exceeded my expectations, and I thought the flowers better than the picture on their website! Would highly recommend.

I live in Colorado and I wanted to send flowers and have them delivered for my sister-in-laws funeral service in CA. I chose this florist because of their location. I was not disappointed!They providedExcellent service and the prices very reasonable. The service was originally scheduled for May 30, but due to Covid-19 restrictions, the service was changed to June 6th, unbeknownst to me. The Florist delivered flowers on the 30, but was told that the service was cancelled and the florist was ready to deliver the replacement flowers on June 6th. Fortunately, I spoke with them before the 6th, as yet again, the date was changed to June 13. They were so patient with everything and on the 13th of June delivered a beatiful replacement bouquet at no extra charge. My nieces also got flowers there and were very satisfied as well Kudo to Ron & Alicia & Thank You So Much!

Questionable pricing that kept on changing and not able to render promise. a sign/banner with special language was order and promised a picture upon completion. no response ever given and calls made the day before I was still promised a picture will be sent. The funeral is tomorrow early morning . The shop now has been closed for hours. NO picture or response about the price discrepency was ever given and I am left hanging and worrying about the flower for my aunts funeral flowers

The flowers are hearty as they need to be. I would say maybe half of there inventory goes across the street to the cemetery. Beautiful arrangements. You can count on Robinsons for quality.

Awesome custoner service. The gentleman that helped place my order was very attentive and understood my vision of the bouquet that my other half deserved. Decent prices and fresh flowers. Delivery charge was kind of pricey but worth it because the timing was perfect! The online catalog is really general so I would call if you had any request or specific arrangement.

Its the customer service they provide that deserves the 5 stars. the flower itself that are set out there is a 4-5 star rating but the customer service in which they wont let you leave unless you are completely satisfied is making up for everything. If you want something in specific theyll adjust it for you right there:) very happy with their business:)

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend at her workplace. I wanted it to be a surprise . I provided the business hours. But, to my surprise, she got a call from them around 9 am to ask if they were open, that they had a flower delivery for her. I had clearly stated her workplace opens at 11am to 5pm. Perhaps it wasnt clear enough. Kinda let down since Im in Oregon and was really hoping they would make it a surprise. Maybe they do things differently there in California. At least the font for the personalized card was good.

NIce flowers - questionable service. My flowers were delivered to a different person at a different address despite the fact that my name and address were on the delivery card. No problem there - they quickly put together another flower arrangement and delivered it to me the very next day and, the flowers are beautiful, I must say. The problem that I do have is that the person who accepted the original arrangement of flowers actually signed my name for them. Im not okay with that. So, I called the florist and told the owner about it and he responded defensively, as if I were making too much of it. Okay, so I got my flowers and someone else got some free flowers as well - so what, right ? But its the principle - signing some elses name without their permission has a name - its called forgery and by the way, its a crime.

Fast friendly service. OPEN on Sunday! Yay, saved the day when I waited until the last minute. Even though I dont live nearby, I plan to visit the next time we are going out that way. National online florist could not deliver on Sunday. Alicia did!♥️♥️♥️

O.M.G. Ill start off by saying I have an affinity for flowers, and flowers done right. My grandma, Barbara Ricchio, has been using Robinson for years because of their amazing customer service and skill set! They can recreate anything you desire (like the time grandma had them recreate my wedding florals for a family party). They are always reliable, consistent, and a great business to purchase services from. We need more ma and pa shops like this! I have to attach one of the arrangements that they did for a party of ours....it was seriously so spectacular. I still dream about it. Not to mention the collection of vases that they have!! Gahhhh! Im in heaven. I live in San Diego and love using Robinson as much as I can! Don’t look for any other florist because you won’t find one that’s better!

This is a very nice flower store not too far from the cemetery the people here are very nice the prices are fair and the flowers are beautiful but if you are like me take your Zyrtec before you walk in because man I was sneezing like a dog after I got out of there my bad but this place is nice and the prices are awsome
