I was able to schedule them for the next day but to my surprise Mr.Steve Moore was able to come out the same day and fix the problem. I had a different company (call them company X) install my new high efficiency outdoor unit. There were a number of reasons that I questioned X’s competence. After 17 months the compressor in my new unit died. I decided to not use the original installer but research companies that specialize in Bryant. Moore’s fit the profile I was looking for.Moore not only replaced the compressor, but corrected installation issues from both the replacement install along with the original install This required extra time but Moore maintained the original price quote even with the extra work.I’ll be using Moore for my HVAC needs in the future.

They installed an AC unit for us last summer. They were honest with me about the cost and directed me to what would be the best value for me which was not the most expensive one! Had an issue with it recently and hesitated to call at this time of year since it wasnt a real emergency, but it started getting a little too warm, so did so anyway. They had someone out within an hour and were able to fix it right then! Always courteous on the phone and in person!

I’ve used Moore for several years. They’ve always been very polite, professional, punctual, and provide quality work. I called for service on 6.15.21, when we in the midst of an unusual early June heat wave. When I called I didn’t expect to receive service on this day. I was told they were very busy, but could work me in from 12-2:00 the following day. At 4:45 on the 15th they showed up, a day early, and in less than 15 minutes diagnosed and repaired the issue. It seems like good customer service is so hard to come by now a days. So when I find exceptional service I feel obligated to share!! Thank you!

I bought a very nice A/C system from Moore. The install went wonderfully.Through no fault of his own, the aftermath of the install has been challenging. I dont mention this to knock on the guy or his staff; in fact, I mention this for the opposite reason. Steve stands 100% behind his work, and will take care of his customers when things go sideways.Despite my frustration with some of the things that have happened with my install, hes handled everything with calm and grace, and has taken care of EVERYTHING.Sometimes things dont go according to plan. Life is like that sometimes. Moore A/C is a company you can trust to handle your AC needs, and they will stand behind their work and will make things right when the unexpected happens.

We had used another hvac company for 18yrs. A friend referred Moore A/C Services to us when we decided to get a competitive quote when we were told we needed to replace our 10 yr old Lennox compressor,18yr old Bryant furnace and 10yr old Lennox coils. We chose Moore Services and they replaced the Lennox coils and old Bryant furnace with new Bryant coils and a Bryant Evolution furnace. There was no need to replace the 10 yr old compressor. Mr. Moore and his crew were very professional and the install could not have been better. They now have a new customer.
