Steph did my piercings today. My nose and my nipples. She has this relaxed confidence that makes you feel at ease. It was so quick and easy, little to no pain for both piercings. If you’re looking for a place to get pierced or tattoo, I highly recommend. All the staff are great here and do the best they can to make sure you have a great experience. Great job team. I took my daughter to get her nose repierced after the hole closed. Stephanie looked at her nose and recommended that she come back after a few days to ensure her nose was healed and ready for a new piercing. Stephanie couldve easily taken our money. Made an appointment, sent pictures of what we were looking for. When we got there they basically looked at us and didn’t want to help us. They came up with one excuse after another. After we sent pictures of what we wanted they said they didn’t do color. Stated that someone didn’t show up for work and if we wanted to wait around for an hour they might help us but still no color. What was the point of sending all the info and making arrangements if your not even willing to work. Also they had a mandatory face masks sign but they weren’t even wearing them. Obviously you can only get tattooed there if you fit THEIR scene. If your only going to tattoo people you wanna tattoo then do it at your house but not at place of business.

Very unprofessional!! Unorganized!! I didnt have the greatest experience! I dont wont to pull the race card, but it was very obvious! My daughter went inside with me- only the waiting area to get my nose piercing and she was told she needed to wait outside because she was not receiving any service, which is TOTALLY fine if this applied to the ALL. I observed 2 other waiting with someone that was not receiving any service!! As I was walking to the back I observed people 2 people sitting with someone in the same room laugh while the other person was getting there tattoo done. Like, wow really?? I would never recommend any of my friends/family going their base on my experience my option! Learn to be more mindful!

I have never left a review but I am beyond upset with how my spine tattoo by Pipi (the artist) came out. It doesnt look horrible from far but when you zoom in and look at the details, the lines were super shaky, there were 2 lines missing on the 2nd star, the line at the very bottom is noticeably crooked, some lines were thicker than others, and the dots are all over the place. I did not say anything because I hate to be that person that complains about stuff, but I strongly disliked 80% of the tattoo. He had the audacity to try to blame his bad work on the fact that I was moving. If by moving you mean breathing then yes, I was moving a lot. It did start to be painful at the top (he did the top at the end), and I will admit that I was moving a little towards the end but that does not justify the whole piece being bad. This was my 7th tattoo and I love all of my other pieces. 2 of them were rib pieces where my ribs were visibly moving when I was breathing and the lines look perfectly fine on those, so Im sorry if my breathing/ moving was frustrating you. Also that piece was definetly NOT worth $300, I left the shop beyond mad and felt robbed. I do not like to make scenes so I left without saying anything bad about the artist or the tattoo, but I felt like I was going to cry because of how mad I was. I was debating whether or not to write this review, but whenever I found out that he tried blaming his bad work on me, I knew I had to. Every person I showed was shocked when I told them how much I was charged for it to be that bad. The next day (today) my friend contacted her trusted tattoo artist and asked him if he could fix/cover the tattoo for me and he said that it would take a lot of work and to start saving up. So on top of the worst spent $300, I will probably need to spend double or more to try to fix it. When I walked in, I had no idea the artists are aprentices and when I signed the form I did it because I was already there so I was like how bad can it be and went ahead with it (my mistake). Ironically, it was worse than I couldve imagined. Most of the people there were nice, but when Pipi was told that he was going to do my spine tattoo he looked annoyed from the beginning and asked if it was my first, Im not sure if it was because Im young or he just thought I wouldnt be able to handle the pain for whatever other reason. I also went in with the idea of getting the symbols fairly small so it would look cute but was told that the detail wouldnt be as good so I agreed to let it be bigger (another mistake of mine). I have learned my leason and I hope other people learn from my mistakes as well. Please, please do your research before getting a tattoo to ensure you get the best quality for your money and dont let people persuade you easily. At the end of the day you are the one that will have to walk around with that tattoo for the rest of your life (unless you are willing to spend even more money in attempt to fix it, like me).For reference, the first 2 pictures is what I was hoping to get when I walked in (or at least something similar with a couple of different symbols) and the second picture is what I walked out with.I will try to remember to come back and post a picture after the fix or cover up.

Me and my mom went here to get pierced. I got an industrial bar and my mom got her nipples and navel done. Steff did an amazing job and we love our piercings! She was very nice, took her time to make sure everything was lined up perfect, made sure we were comfortable the whole time, and gave us detailed instructions on aftercare. The lady who is the piercer is not nice or friendly. she is disrespectful. i had called to come up there to get my piercing looked at cause a guy did it she didn’t even do it and he did something to my nose wrong cause it’s purple and tender and bleeding excessively and i got it done 2 days ago. anyways she knew i was coming so she could look at it and i get there and she says she has to take care of these two other people first and then she’s going lunch so she won’t be available till after 3. looking at piercing takes maybe 5 minutes. so i thought that was jus disrespectful. and her vibe and attitude is not friendly at all. and the guy who did my piercing did not do good at all. i’m actually worried about my nose and what’s wrong with it.

Had an appointment with Landon that I had to reschedule and then had to wait for a couple of hours after my scheduled time because the current client was taking longer than expected. I completely understand that and not really upset about the wait because he did outstanding work on my tattoo. I plan to go back but it is extremely hard to get an appointment for my next tattoo. I dont want to look for another shop because I really like this place but I wish it wasnt so hard to get an appointment or at least a response for one. Anyway, great place to get inked if you can get in. Highly recommend!

Got my tattoo done here a week ago. And honsetly its the biggest mistake i ever made. Payed 200 bucks now I have to pay a ton more to get it covered. Honestly I would have rated in the negative if I could of. My artist was bri.

From the first day I walked in I knew this was going to be my tattoo shop to go to! All the staff members are friendly and the shop is always clean. I get my tattoos done by Rene and I highly recommend him!! Very nice and always does amazing tattoo pieces no matter what I ask of him. Love Fresh Ink!

Over the span of two weeks Ive tried setting an appointment for three weeks out. I was extremely polite everytime Ive called and texted, and the girl on the other end never followed up on what she said she would do once. I tried giving THREE WEEKS notice and trying to make and appointment because of covid to ensure it would be a smooth experience. Really wanted my tattoo done here because I was referred by a friend and the pictures look great, but Im over getting the shaft and begging for a tattoo.

On both me and my friend, the piercer didnt use antiseptic techniques to clean the area. Just confirmed the dots on our ears and went in for the piercing. We felt too nervous to say something in the moment, but we were very concerned about the reputability of this place thereafter. I got a helix and conch, friend got an industrial, and none of the piercing areas were cleaned prior to the piercing. Wont be returning.Update: My friend had to take out her industrial after 2 years because it was too painful and poorly aligned. It never healed properly and she cleaned it for years.My helix was perpetually oozing/not closing for 12 months until I finally had to remove it because of the scar tissue forming in the back, despite cleaning it regularly with saline solutions and swapping the piercing via another professional piercer. My conch became infected within 6-8 months (bubbles forming in both sides) but after the second time it popped in the back, the swelling went down and I was able to save it after continuing many months of care and attention. I’m very lucky I didn’t have major scarring in both areas.In picture you can see the scar tissue and inflammation of the helix, and the scab forming on the recently popped conch.AVOID THIS PLACE.

JT (Tiny) is amazing! He gave my mom and I matching semicolons on the sides of our wrist, infinity sign with designs on her other wrist, and stars down my back. He has the personality to keep you calm and relaxed. He takes his time to make sure your tattoo is perfect, but he isnt slow. My mom and I got exactly what we wanted, the price was more than fair, and we actually enjoyed it! Neither of us are even sore the next day. He made sure everything was fresh and clean, too. Now all our friends and family are asking for his information, and we are gladly giving it out! Were going back soon!

Ive had a lot of tattoos at different shops but never have I felt as comfortable as I did here. My wife and I came to get a small detailed lettering tattoo and were introduced to Justin who absolutely blew us away with his skills. Everybody was very friendly and not the typical stuck up rude artist you normally deal with. They clearly appreciated our business and did everything to make us feel right at home. Extremely clean and overall amazing experience. Definitely recommend.
