I previously used this location due to the competitive pricing for the area and the good staff working here. They explained things simply during the first phone call and didn’t try playing any of the pricing games that so many storage unit locations do these days after our things had been moved in. Units were clean and looked kept up. The foundation also had good drainage so our things never got wet or ruined even being close to the door. Attached will be a picture of the 10x20 unit we had to show height off ground and cleanliness

The online reservation/registration was super easy. The front desk person and the facility (Rowlett,TX off Grisham) was extremely nice and helpful the day I moved my things in. I like that the fee comes out automatically every month, and the prices and very reasonable.

Location. Its clean outside the units. Its clean in the office. All of these are plus.

Great price. Not the nicest facility out there but the location makes up for it. Well lit, clean and secure. Staff is also very helpful and friendly.

Called and spoke to Stephanie and she said they did not have the size unit I was looking for but she got online and found me one in the area. I really appreciate her going the extra mile where other places would have just said we dont have your size and hung up. She spent at least 15 minutes on the phone with me searching for the perfect location. She was so friendly and professional and you could tell she really cared about finding me a storage unit. I am older and she wanted to make sure it was a drive up and told me not to lift anything too heavy. What a sweet caring lady. Thank you Stephanie, there is good in the world.

Not a typical cube smart location looks like they bought out an older storage facility that is really old, was able to get a 20 truck down the tight rows if u need 10x30 unit its probably best deal in town. Cant open gate from your car like most storage places the young lady who help me was very nice ! So if you plan on using a big truck longer than 20ft dunno if I would rent here would be a definite hard time to get in and out!!

Mr. Terel was very helpful in my storage experience! This property was phenomenal with great security and great storage spaces. They also have the LOWEST PRICES in Rowlett! They not only have a great property and prices but treat their customers with care. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for quality storage.

I have used this storage for many years, and have ALWAYS had such an Awesome experience at this location!Jill always goes out of her way to make sure that her customers are happy and well cared for!!She and her husband Gary are some of the friendliest and professional people that I have had the pleasure to get to know and do business with!!I have never had a problem with security, maintenance, cleanliness, or anything else and always notice how quickly they get a gate fixed The SAME DAY, after an occasional customer runs into it. They are always re-painting, cleaning, and landscaping the property. I have Never had any problems with ANY of the Multiple storage units that I have rented at this location. When I lost keys to a unit, Jill quickly called a locksmith out and within an hour I had access to an important document that I badly needed!The Customer Service that Jill and Gary provide is Outstanding, because they truly care about their customers, and constantly show this to be true!!!
