I had to sit in the car with my one year old and they came out to my car to collect the packages I had, and one of the men workers came out, made me feel at ease and watched my daughter while I went inside to pay. Outstanding customer service.
This place will not take care of you when they do not deliver your package. Owner is sassy and does not try to help at all. Try to make you pay to resend when UPS fault. Give you customer service number that is false number. Take business to FedEx or Post Office.
I called twice attempting to track a package and spoke with a female manager. She had to be the most incompetent person I have ever spoken to. I have previously spoken to staff members at this location and they have been friendly and eager to help me. This manager provided no information, did not listen to me, and talked in circles. She had mentioned that she recently had to let go of staff that previously worked at the location, and by the end of my call with her, I am convinced she is the problem and not the staff. She could not track my package, could not verify if it had been sent, could not tell me if it had been received, or if the number I had was even real. She kept saying that it is not her tracking information. I wish I could give this store a lower score because of my interaction with her. I truly feel like I lost brain cells while trying to speak with this individual.
I’m older and wear braces. Asked the young man if he could help me with large box. He said no. I was only 10’ from the front door. He said he would let me use a dolly. Wrestled box inside and set it down. He said to bring it over here. Another 10’. Rude and unhelpful personnel. Probably wasn’t his job, but it was the descent thing to do!

Package with retail value of $50,000 was Lost/Stolen after being scan at this facility. Package was going to Amazon in Dallas a 20-25 minute distance but never proof of showing up anywhere else after drop off at this location was made. UPS won’t cover insurance because they are FRANCHISE store not actual UPS owned store. The manager or potential owner doesn’t want help when they’re some evidence it could be an inside job & store policy was broken by his own words. We’re currently working with Criminal cargo theft division investigator to recover our lost, just giving everyone fair warning on liability of dealing with them.
The guys that work at this UPS are very profession and hard working. Ive had multiple experiences were I show up and there is a whole line of people but the UPS guys work diligently and I am at the front of the line in no time at all.
I’ve had a MAILBOX here for almost a year now and I’ve never been so satisfied with the way they do business. Always polite and understanding. The owner is awesome!

I pulled up literally 30 seconds before they closed as I needed to have something shipped out urgently and at the last minute. The two young men that were working on Thursday, November 5 (I didn’t get their names) did not show an ounce of annoyance that I was coming in the store at closing like most others would have. They even printed something out for me, and did everything with manners and professionalism. I’m grateful there are people that still raise their kids to have a kind attitude towards all because you never know what’s going on in peoples lives... you could always be the one to turn someone’s day around for the better. These guys did just that for me! Thanks y’all!
Fantastic spot for all of your packing and shipping needs. I needed to return old AT&T equipment on AT&Ts dime. Using only the account number provided me by AT&T the very helpful staff at the UPS Store quickly inventoried my gear, cut a label, issued my receipt of proof of shipping and I was on my way in minutes. Excellent customer service and always a friendly welcome. I highly recommend you use the UPS Store when you need something shipped. 5👍
This store gets public money like it grows on tree. I printed 5 pages which cost 12 cents each a paper which is good. And they added me 4$ printing service fee. What kind of service is this to charge 4$????I am very upset with this particular store. While the store in mesquite doesn’t do that. They only charge for each paper printing which is 12 cents. Never going back here again!!!!

Paid $109.77 for overnight/next day shipping... to everyone’s surprise, the package did not arrive overnight, next day, or even within 24 hours. Asked for a refund and to be charged for standard shipping, was given multiple excuses and ultimately they said UPS Corporate is not giving refunds during COVID. If anyone believes that, I have beach front property in Arizona for sale. Stay away, read the other reviews, this place is the worst!

Wont accept MORE THAN 4 packages. If you have more than 4 packages, take your business elsewhere and dont waste your time with this store. Mail Plus is down the street.I have received poor service from this UPS Store. The owner refused to take our packages, stating there is a 4 package limit at this store. Numerous people came in with MORE THAN 4 packages and were accepted and scanned into their system. Poor service and ownership. Further, discrimination.
ZERO STARS. Had an Amazon return and I dont think they like people coming in for that. The young kid that attended me named Mason acted like he didnt want to be there. Very bad service! Not helpful at all with the cost either. If you go to the store and you want good service dont go in while Mason is working he will just make your experience unsatisfactory. Ive seen other reviews where the manager tries to say they reviewed said transaction and tries to explain but never talks about trying to make experiences better with their employees.
This is the best UPS store around, every time I come in this store I have a quick and pleasant experience. Chris is the nicest employee and he will go out of his way to make sure you have a good experience. All the bad reviews dont make sense to me lol just read the instructions and you will have an easy trip.

I stopped by this UPS store to have a rather expensive piece of equipment boxed for shipment. CK (I think) helped me at the counter and took personal responsibility for packaging the instrument. He was able to securely box it (double boxed, foam, bubble wrap, more tape than I could imagine) without significantly increasing the weight and there was ZERO movement inside the box. He definitely takes pride in her work and it shows. Thank you for taking such care with other peoples things.

I hav never had a single issue when I go to this store. Sometimes the staff seem a bit bored and ready to go home, even when you are talking to them, however I discount that as lack of excitement at their job. They usually have everything I need for shipping supplies and are very courteous when I am in there!

They do get quite busy on occasion, however, Ive been using their services for two years now, and find them to be quite pleasant and professional. I keep waiting to see anything that would justify a bad review, but after two years of going in almost daily, I feel that I can write a good review and say with authority that the bad reviews are just wrong! This is one occasion that Im happy that I ignored the reviews, tried for myself, and graded them on their performance, which has been great!
If you are process Amazon returns, print your label at home. The store charges $3 per label plus printing anything else you may need. FedEx Kinkos charges much less per print. They are either discouraging returns to be processed here or really trying to make a nice buck.
Attempting to ship unloaded, disassembled shotgun to manufacturer for repair. Despite being 100% legal, and supported by UPS, this UPS store refuses to ship firearms. They first claimed that they dont have the license to ship firearms. (No special license required if ownership is not being transferred). Then they claimed that UPS doesnt allow them to ship firearms. (Untrue based on UPS policies stated on their website).Clearly, this is a decision that has been made by this individual franchise owner to not ship firearms. If you are a law abiding citizen who loves the constitution and the 2nd amendment, you might want to consider taking your business elsewhere.

About a month and a half ago I went to this location with my laptop to ship. I didnt have a box or any packing so the employee said dont worry about it Ill pack it for you (but did it after I left so theres no telling what he did). He asked where it was going and I told him all the information, he gave me a price, I payed and left. The employee did not ask how much the item was worth or if I wanted insurance. The item arrived at its location and the receiver said it was damaged (it had no damage when I took it to this UPS). I told them to send it back and I would look at it. I finally received it a few days later and when I opened it the laptop was damaged either by roughly handling and/or bad packaging. I placed a damaged claim with UPS and the next day it was picked up and inspected. They confirmed that it was at the fault of UPS and so I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally I called and talk to someone at this location and the employee said he would be in contact with me on a specific day, I did not receive any call so I called back a couple days later and the employee said once again that he would call me the next week on a specific day. Once again I did not receive a call so I waited a couple days and called them. This went on and on. I got a little irritated and went to the location and asked them how the damaged claim was progressing. They had no information what was going on and I finally found out that they had my laptop and they didnt even need it anymore and I could take it since they had already done the inspection. Once again the employee said they would contact me and once again they did not. After about another week I finally called and asked again what the hold up was (I was always respectful and kind and did not curse at the employees or treat them bad) they stated that since I did not claim a price they could only give me a $100 plus shipping. After this location told me that I called UPS customer service and talked to someone and that person said that the employee that was at the location when I shipped it stated I brought the laptop in the original box then transferred it to another box and I packed it that was a complete lie and they can go back and look at the security cameras to see that I brought the laptop in a black backpack and sat it on the counter and then the employee took it behind the counter and I did not see him package it. After calling and talking to many UPS employees I have only received 1 or 2 phone calls in the past month and a half that this has been going on. The laptop is worth $1500 and I do a lot of work, business, and military training on it, or at least I did. I told them multiple times that I didnt want a replacement or more money, I just wanted it fixed. After all this nonsense nothing really got solved and I kept getting lied to and ran around by the employees at this location. I wish I had a positive review for them but this was ridiculous and unsatisfactory.

Had the worst experience at this location. The clerk has not sense of costumer service. Returning Amazon book rentals the clerk did not send them correctly, and I had to pay for his mistake. This is the second time I received HORRIBLE costumer service at this location.

I have used this store for years. I usually drop off packages that have already been prepared in packaging to ship. The customer service has been totally appropriate whether I was just dropping off with a shipping label or when I needed to pay for shipment. They have taped a box when it wasnt closed. I also drop off shipping peanuts to be reused rather than toss in the trash. Thanks!
Other than Amazon returns this particular location is completely worthless and a complete rip off. It deserves negative 10 stars. They quoted me $11 to mail a 6 oz item that costs a dollar at the Post Office to ship. They also dont ship firearms at this particular location but other UPS locations do. This is the most unhelpful and uncooperative shipping facility in Rowlett. $4 to print one piece of paper? Piss off, kinkos fedex charges 10 cents.

Horrible service the manager Mr. Patel very uncompromising she didn’t even realize that my package had two packages within it I understand Amazon is different than UPS but it’s the holiday season everybody’s busy everybody’s rushing all I was needing was a bag I had both the labels but at the end of the day I understand I’m at wrong But you could’ve just put the other label inside of the bag and shipped it out but no Mr. Patel want to be grumpy because maybe his own personal life is affecting his performance at work
Very rude owner I was returning an Amazon package and took my package ther and as I have always done asked him to print my label and he started to talk down to me that I should have printed it at home and he was a franchise owner and wanted me to pay 3 dollars and shared with him that the first time either there or the one in Plano has ever mentioned that. He crossed his arms and said he charges. Would of paid but he was rude from the first words out of his mouth. I have always tried to spend my money here in rowlett since I have lived here for 11 years but will not take any of business there again. I seen other bad reviews on him maybe working in retail and with the public isnt for him.

I do not recommend shipping your electronics through here. They are packed poorly and arrive late - not acceptable for a $100 packing fee and $140 in shipping charges. The customer service leaves MUCH to be desired as well.

If youre going to advertise notary services, it might be helpful to have one available during regular business hours, since this is usually the time people need to conduct their business...just a thought. I drove out of my way to visit your shop and was told the notary doesnt come in until 4pm.

The man was very unhelpful and didn’t even try to help ship my package. I walked in the door and he didn’t even want to look at me and was very rud.
The people are rude, a Hispanic man threw my boxes and snapped at me when I asked him to go slower because I couldn’t keep up with his scanning. I had 5 packages to send out- he snapped “I’ll charge you for tape” when I asked him if he would seal my boxes before I left store. He wasn’t wearing a name tag. He then pushed my packages to side and tossed plastic label holders on the counter when someone walked in behind me.The “owner” was not present when I arrived that I could see but when I had called previously to ask if they would print a label if I didn’t have one- the charge was $3/piece of paper.I will never use this store again. I have no idea how these people have jobs or run a business when soooo rude and ungrateful for business.
They tried to charge $3 to print a shipping label. Go to Staples in Rockwall $0.28 to print and you can still drop off your UPS packages!

UPS emailed me a shipping label and told me any UPS store can print the label with the tracking number. I went to this location 4/5/2018 and the rep told me he couldnt do it it wasnt allowed..but I could use the computer for 4.00 and print it myself..I left and came to the Sachse UPS and they printed it right out. I am very disappointed
Honestly, we drive here to ship things on a very regular basis, even though there is another UPS store much closer to our home.Never had a bad experience.
Its nice to have a UPS location nearby to have packages held to pick up later. Especially with package thefts on the rise.

No wifi printing. Expensive printing and computer time. $4 to get on computer and print something from web page and $0.39 for a color copy. Couldnt tell me how print section of page. I walked out then back in when I remembered a way to do it and he was going to charge for computer time again. No one else was using computer.
Just to print 1 page black and white is $4. That is the most ridiculous price ever never heard of any other stores charging that much. Will not ever do business at this store and I did a lot of business with these stores but this one think their service is made of gold or something.
