All Star Garage Door replaced my garage door and installed two high-end garage door openers in my new house. A very great service call experience!!! Dave from All Star Garage Door went above and beyond to fix my garage. I called him on a Friday afternoon and he was at my house in MINUTES. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my automatic garage door opener, replaced only the parts that needed replacement, and didnt try to up-sell me!! I called Dave at 2pm because I could not get into my garage. He was there within a few hours. He told me the options and gave me a price. It was a great job Ive never had the garage door working so well. It is easy to open now and he put extra supports to make the door more sturdy. I would highly recommend Dave. Very professional.

I called this company based on the previous positive reviews. My garage door broke on the Sunday before Memorial Day, and I called the Oakland County number. I left a message on the voicemail. About an hour later I received a call from a guy, and we set up an appointment for the following Thursday. I called the Oakland County number Thursday morning to confirm the appointment, and I talked to Melissa who was not aware of any appointments for Thursday morning. I told her that I set up an appointment on Sunday with a man from her company. She informed me that Dave was out of town and therefore not available, and no one could get out to my home until the following Tuesday. No less than an hour later a guy showed up at my house who called himself Mr. Fix. He takes overflow jobs from All Star Door, and must have been the guy I spoke to on Sunday. I was not thrilled that the job had been tossed to a sister company without my knowledge, especially when I called All Star Door because of their reputation. I am not familiar with Mr. Fix. Mr. Fix was not recommended to me. Hence, I called a different company to come do the work on the same day I expected it to be done.
