Smita, the audiologist is so professional and I fully trust her expertise in this area to help me adapt to my new hearing aids. The quality of the hearing aids they use is astounding! Smita is always pleasant and affords me all the time I need to learn all the details and features available with these hearing aids. Dr Gupta is excellent as my doctor. The office staff is always helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this Hearing Practice to anyone with Hearing Issues.

I was somewhat nervous about getting hearing aids. During my first visit, Smita performed my hearing analysis and showed compassion and was very reassuring. We discussed the results and Dr. Gupta was in agreement with her that I could benefit from the use of hearing aids. She explained the hearing aids that were available and got mine on order right away. She even offered to loan me a pair to use until mine arrived. It only took a few days to get my own hearing aids. At the fitting appointment, Smita reviewed all the features. She used her computer to set them up based on my audio testing. After the fitting and testing them out, she explained the maintenance and various parts of the hearing aid and how to keep them clean and functioning properly. She offered her help at any time I needed it. Smita was so caring and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend her if you are looking for an excellent audiologist.

My 95 year old mother got a hearing aid from Excel Audiology. She had a difficult time getting the hearing aids inserted and Smita was very patient with her. She took a lot of time explaining about the hearing aid to my mom and helped her many times with putting them in her ear. She also showed her how to clean and take care of the the hearing aids. Smita saw my mom three times at close intervals and helped her with the hearing aids until we were sure she could put them in correctly. Smita was very professional and was helpful and kind to my mother. Both of us would highly recommend Excel Audiology to others.

I didnt know anything about hearing aids and wasnt convinced that I needed them, but Smita tested me and explained what the tests showed so that I easily understood the need. She helped me choose the type best for me and aided me in the adjustment of wearing them, cleaning them, etc. She made it very easy and was there whenever I had a question or wanted to see her. She and her staff are excellent and I will be going back for checkups regularly.
