Very happy with the service but the communication needs work. I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation but mentioned an issue with my inboard dash display and service rep Alex offered to have it looked at. This would extend my wait time to 2 hours. At first I was going to come back another time for that issue but they agreed to drop me at the Mall at Wellington Green while they did all the service. The driver was very accommodating and told me they would call when my car was ready or I could call when I was ready to return. I had to call twice to request a pickup and when I finally reached Alex my car had been done and the dash issued had not been fixed. I would need to return for that repair. I was offered a loaner but was not prepared to leave my car overnight (I had no idea if there was anything I might need in my car) I was contacted next day by Steve who expedited the repair in under an hour
This was my first time taking my Mazda CX 9 for servicing. The Service Drive Manager Steve Jeltes was very knowledgeable, answered questions regarding Remote Start, gave me some history about the dealership, serviced my vehicle, and went over my Service.I will certainly be bringing my vehicle back. An absolutely wonderful experience. The sales person Carlos was exceptionally proactive and attentive to my requirements as a customer. Although the deal was on the pricier side (Im a tough negotiator), I made a compromise because the dealership seemed quite reliable and trustworthy. The finance person David was very friendly and was transparent about the prices, my interest rate and provided very precise figures viz. financing my car. Although I believe I ended up paying a higher price overall for my 2014 Corolla, I would prefer to have a dealership that is transparent and trustworthy. There were no hidden costs or closeted fee that I had to put up with. The reason I deduct two points is because they paid a laughable and negligible amount for my trade-in which btw, did not go for an auction or whole sale but was sold again at the dealership (but I rather choose a raw deal rather than a shady one). Overall, the dealership is very professional, fiscally aggressive and reliable.
Went in for routine oil change( my second time) and Alex helped me out this visit (can’t remember the last guys name) but both experiences were very friendly professional and kind. They didn’t try to sell me anything extra and push for any other services. I asked what my future services would be and they handed me a Mazda guide with info on mileage and services. The last place is clean and very modern. Took a shuttle that was clean and ready to go quickly and the driver was also nice trusted me to give directions. (Thank god I didn’t mess up). Went in for an oil change. Making an appointment was fast and seamless. The service staff (Alex) was very friendly and welcoming. Was very impressed with the beautiful showroom and interior accents and decor - very sleek, sophisticated, and a sense of top quality craftsmanship; the same I expect of the Mazda brand. The customer lounge is particularly cozy with plush chairs and an awesome coffee machine! Service was relatively quick and was even given a complimentary car wash!Southern Palms Mazda truly cares for its customers and it shows in their exceptional customer service skills. First impressions make or break a lot of things for me, and I can absolutely say that my expectations were met and highly surpassed! Thank you for a great Zoom Zoom experience.

A previous Mazda dealer told me that an alerted warnings required work amounting to over $1000.00.Southern Palms Mazda did a more thorough diagnosis of the problem. They found the problem to be a failing battery that needed to be replaced. The old battery was still under warranty. Mazda replaced it at no charge. There was no charge to service my car. Southern Palms Mazda service department saved me over a $2000.00 dollars.
On July 26, 2021 I had our car service at Southern Palms Mazda. I was greeted professionally with a smile. All my service requests and issues were addressed. My service person explained the work that would be performed, estimated the time, and saved me some money. Car return to me cleaned inside and out within the estimated time. Very satisfied with service at Southern Palms Mazda.
I brought my RX-8 in 4 a couple of recalls that had to be done and my service technician was Alex. I could not have been more pleased with his kindness and efficiency. He gave me a beautiful loaner car to keep while they performed the work and to top it everything else off when I reviewed the invoice that had all the work they completed, I was simply amazed at the amount of time, effort, parts & labor they put into making sure my car was safe. I had delayed getting to work done because everyone told me it would take a couple of weeks without my car but the work was completed in 2 days. Alex was very helpful. I let him know all my concerns on vehicle, which was in for a scheduled service. He told me it would be $160 for a diagnosis inspection. I said no problem lets get it done. After inspecting my vehicle and letting me know it was not a safety hazard. I wasnt charged for inspection but still told me about my rear brakes needing replacement along with my rear tires. I really want to write a review on my entire 10-DAYS experience with Southern Palms Mazda, but I will keep this as short as possible. This is what happens after you buy a brand new 2021 vehicle that has a defect.Southern Palms Mazda sold me a defected 2021 CX 30.My 2021 CX 30 has a chip in the paint on the rear passenger door which I noticed 30 MINUTES after purchase when I arrived back home and immediately notified Southern Palms Mazda. When I took the car back to the dealership the following day (less than 24-hours later) I expressed I did NOT want touch-up paint on my brand-new vehicle. Southern Palms Mazda said they would fix the damage by repainting the entire door with no issues. After 10-days of Southern Palms Mazda having my vehicle, all they did was put touch up paint over the chip and claimed that the defect was not covered under warranty.Southern Palms Mazda did not take responsibility for selling me a defected vehicle and flipped it on me telling me that it happened when I left the dealership.SHAME ON ME for not inspecting the vehicle that supposedly came off the delivery truck a day before purchase.SHAME ON ME for expecting Southern Palms Mazda to take responsibility that they sold me a defected vehicle. Just like every other dealership, all they want is your money and to get their sales, once they have your money and the vehicle off their lot, you are on your own.After 3 vehicles and 5 years with Southern Palms Mazda, they lost a loyal customer forever.
As soon as we parked, we were immediately greeted by Evan which was something that did not happen at other dealerships. His demeanor quickly disarmed us because he was friendly without giving that pressured feeling. I was looking for my sons first car and he quickly engaged my son into conversation. The whole experience was pleasant. I had no intention of actually buying a car that day, but the numbers made sense. However, I feel if we had another salesman, that car would still be on the lot. Brought my car in for an 80,000 mileage check up. They told me a few things that needed to be done, but said it wasn’t anything pressing. Literally just spark plugs and filters. 2 days later, I have to jump my car, then had my car sputter out the last 15 miles of my drive across the state. I call them, very upset that they told me my car was safe to drive for my move. They then had the audacity to tell me they would be happy to check my car out if I had it towed from Fort Myers. I was never a huge fan of this location, but after this whole ordeal, I will absolutely never go back and warn all of my close friends to avoid this location like the plague.

Yesterday I brought my 10 year old Mazda with 36,000 miles on it to Southern Palms Mazda for a check up. I wanted advice on what, if anything, needed to be done. They fixed a recall problem with my front seat, went over it thoroughly, advised me that I needed new tires and that my brakes would need to be fixed soon. Just had scheduled maintenance performed on my 2016 Mazda 6 at Southern Palms Mazda. It was a great experience. My car was serviced while I sat in the comfort of their spacious waiting area. My car was finished promptly and correctly, and they even gave it a courtesy wash. Next time I need service on my Mazda 6, Ill be sure to bring it to Southern Palms Mazda.

Brought my car in to get oil change as I always have, an was taken on time as always. I was surprised to hear the dealer ship washrooms Mazda kept no records as to warranties. Was told in order to look into this I would have to contact Toyota dealer and that I dont understand. The gentleman that helped me provide me with the information of the Toyota dealer which in turn this week I will try to contact and make some sense of this. This does not make any sense if I bought my car and Mazda on Southern Boulevard at the most dealership why do I have to go anywhere else to talk about my extended warranty when I bought and obtained my 2016 Mazda 3

I came to Southern Palms Mazda looking for a specific SUV model and was disappointed to find they did not have any on site - the one I had been looking at online had recently been sold. I was ready to leave and go elsewhere, but my salesperson Eli asked why I was interested in that specific model. Using that information, he searched their inventory and found a different model with all the features I wanted which had just been delivered. Even better, it was less expensive than the original one I was looking at!As others have noted, buying a car is a stressful experience, but Eli did a great job of listening and finding a wonderful alternative.
I was looking at a car I inquired with the salesman Ricardo via text message I asked him directly if the price is 16,500, he said yes when would you like to come see it. When I went to the dealership he came to me with a price of 18,000, and when I asked him about the 16 five he told me the car was never that price that’s my mistake. Do not go to this dealership they will tell you whatever they want you to here to get you in the door

I had a unexpected issue with my CX-5 and was, literally, around the block. I pulled in and my service Rep asked the right questions about the issue and got me right in for service. Unfortunately they were not able to recreate the problem so nothing was fixed.... but I got the car washed. Yay.

Have been shopping around for a specific car so I’ve been to my fair share of dealerships recently. Must say this has been the worst experience thus far. Advertised price changed as soon as we sat down, then they attempted to add on extra “protection plan” that we did not ask for or want and refused to remove it. This was before we even walked in the finance office. Be warned. Not a good deal to be found here.

I absolutely love coming here. I’ve lived in Boca and Delray so this isn’t the most convenient at times but it’s definitely worth the trip, the customer service and service has been so wonderful and professional. The prices have been great and I’ve always booked through their online system. Most recently I’ve had to get a loaner car due to them not having my tire until the following Monday but the process was so easy and they explained everything very clearly. I highly recommend coming here!!
Very bad experience when someone gives you their word they should absolutely abide by what’s agreed upon. I’m speaking from my experience because I flew from DC already have thought everything was finalized and being told all is good. Yet, once upon arrival having to Uber once again was told that the deal we had isn’t valid anymore. It’s just shady practice and I don’t appreciate the fact they put me in an uncomfortable position, cornered, and told false information.....that to Tell you I unfortunately signed those papers. I hope this encourages you to ask question and walk out if told something promised....non-ethical practices
Sales department is so so and didnt seem to be very motivated to reach a deal. Maybe we picked the wrong day to see new cars. Service department is good and very efficient.
