I used to love Walgreens before I moved; i will drive down and pass this Walgreens to go to the other one a couple miles away if I order photos because of the continued terrible customer service...or just go to CVS across the street if I need any pharmacy products. This place is never open on time, dirty, unorganized, pharmacist hangs up on you when you call...its a poorly run Walgreens and very disappointing.

Michelle the pharmacist is awesome!! She always has my prescriptions ready and on time. Michelle along with the techs are always so kind and helpful!!

Pharmacy staff is outstanding. Customer service at the front of the store is lacking. There is one employee who is surly and tells at customers. I stopped going there and switched to CVS as a result.

My husband took my 17 yr old daughter to this Walgreens for her COVID vaccine today about 12pm. She sat down to rest afterward, asked my husband to get her some water. My husband returned to find her PASSED OUT in the chair. NO ONE BOTHERED TO SEE IF SHE WAS OK. Not the staff behind the counter or any of the people in line. UNBELIEVABLE, UNACCEPTABLE.

Took 3 hours to get someone in the pharmacy on the phone. Unacceptable.

The cashier was very rude and unprofessional. I had my two year old with me and she was very frustrated with us because I asked if I could use my coupons. Then she said she was annoyed at me to another employee. I would never treat anyone that way. I just tried to stay calm and be nice.

So slow .. only one person working and a line of 10 people waiting .. not acceptable

I waited on hold 15 mins for the pharmacy then the woman who came on the line told me that the pharmacist can’t take the prescription bc they’re giving COVID19 vaccines. There wasn’t even an option for me to leave a msg. UNACCEPTABLE. I understand the importance of vaccines, but the management should schedule extra staff on the days they’re giving vaccines.VERY DISAPPOINTING

Ok people stay away from this place it looks like they robbing us the people, as usual I buy ingredients for puertorican eggnog and went to Walgreens liquor department and got some rum, when made the batch I notice that the bottle was smaller than usual and i happen to have some rum left over from the summer, Walgreens bottle 1.75 LTR leftover bottle from the summer is 1.75 LTR as well take a look at photo, ya crooks

What is up with inventory at this place always out of stock every time I stop and get a bottle of Flora Cana they are always out but boxes are stacked up and not opened How lazy can you be..My husband made a MISTAKE of stopping for beer 🍺 the whole Refrigeration was empty ...when he asked if they had cold beer he was told grab one of the Hot boxes that’s all they had !! Pathetic go to Seminole Pratt Walgreens they are the worth the drive always stocked and ready ..

Slow, slow and slow. ...... A tortoise moves faster than the service provided here. its crazy ridiculous, WALGREENS youre giants in this industry hire people and PAY them so theyll stay. Step up your game!!!!! :(

Went to get passport photos the older employee at the front ignored me several times. The manager was told we wanted photos and just wandered off. Guess we will go to CVS

Terrible Customer Service! Very rude managers as well as cashiers.Took my money and will not refund. Purchased a Xbox Live card, Paid my money and the card didnt work Xbox said to bring back to Merchant for exchange. Store Mananger Said all sales are final. Now im out of 25$ and they refused to help me. Cashier wanted to argure with me saying I should have known all sales are final.

Requested assistance to see if an item was in stock. Was told they would be right with me. He finished assisting another customer and then another customer came up to the photo booth and he assisted her. Clearly my service was not as important.

I had a prescription transferred here from the Publix next door. They acted as if they had no idea what to do and began listing all the times my parents filled their prescriptions which had nothing to do with me. They ended up just telling me I had no prescription at all and offered me no help. So I left, still infected, and went home and had to call my doctor back and tell her that they wouldnt give me the prescription. The head pharmacist was incredibly rude.

Walgreens pharmacy is just as bad as CVS. You are given a pick up time, then show up at least 30-60 min after that time....and your medications are still not ready. They tell you there running behind and it’s being filled and you end up waiting another hour sitting in the store. I requested a mgr and no one showed up. The customer service is horrible.
