I knew what I wanted. The staff helped me get it for the price I wanted to spend. They also hooked me up with a good deal on a base. They offer 12 month interest free credit so I was able to make my money work harder during this move in period. What else could I ask. Super professional, friendly and not pushy. I purchased a mattress from the Sebastian store and needed to switch it out because it wasn’t the right fit for me. Danielle from the Sebastian store sent me to Wellington with a list of mattresses to try before we switched out the bed. Lance at the Wellington store was incredibly helpful and made some great suggestions that helped me deal with the 2 day wait for my bed to be replaced. He was super gracious and knowledgeable going out of his way despite the fact that I had purchased the mattress from a different store. Should I need to purchase another mattress I would certainly go see Lance and will definitely recommend his store to anyone asking me about purchasing a mattress.

I ordered and paid for a new mattress and was told by Lance it was in stock and would be delivered on 12/4. Received call on 12/4 that it would now be delivered on 12/7 . 12/7 rolled around, and was told maybe 12/17, totally unacceptable! Now 12/14 and told won’t be available until January. Asked for refund back on the 6th and was told they submitted it, never received by my credit card company. Stay away!
