Brian at CL in Royal Palm Beach, was very helpful and knowledgeable about creating an outdoor kitchen that was perfect. The customer service was excellent. I designed my kitchen with CL Kitchens in September 2019. The design process was easy and Brian was very helpful. We finally had the kitchen installed in November due to home construction delays and that is when the nightmare began. The first installer they sent made many mistakes and didnt finish. Finally I met with the installation company to review all of the errors. They had to remake some of the cabinet doors due to huge holes being in the cabinet drawers for hinges in the wrong areas. And I had to find and purchase the hinges for the cupboards to lift up vertically! This process went on through December. They promised to complete the wood around the oven in January. I have not seen nor heard from them.We have now lived in the home for three weeks. The drawers are all loose, crooked, and falling out (see photo). I notified the designer that only one screw was used on the drawer guides instead of the four that the holes were drilled for. He informed me this was normal. The corner cabinet hinge literally fell off and we can no longer use this cabinet (see photo).For the amount of money we paid, or for any amount of money, I would expect the drawers to actually work. I am still waiting for a response from the installation company. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Trust me - go elsewhere! You dont want to experience the same problems!

The company walked me through the process every step of the way. Brian helped answer any questions whenever we had them. We even were able to come out multiple times and borrow samples to ensure we were we happy. Brian checked in to ensure that all of our questions were answered.

We are very happy with the service that Brian with CL Kitchens provided to us. There were a few snags to getting our new kitchen completely put together, but he was extremely helpful, available and friendly. We love our new kitchen!

I am thrilled with my CL experience! Brian was extremely helpful in expediting me and my wife’s new kitchen dream. He came out same day and took all measurements. The following day we were presented with an amazing rendering and a 360° pano view. Also the following day when everything was approved we received a quick and very fair proposal. Four months ago I gave a five start rating based upon my experience ordering my kitchen. I am sorry to sayI cannot recommend CL Kitchen. Although the finished product looks great there were multiple problems. A cabinet was mismeasured which caused a delay. But more disappointing over 12 cabinet doors had to be replaced because of defects. 2 sets of cabinets had to be reordered 4 times. I ordered the cabinets on Feb 26th and the kitchen was FINALLY finished almost 6 months later!

The gentleman Brian was very nice, quite informative. He then told us he would not hover over us but he was there to help. It enabled my wife and I to look at everything on our time, without any pressure. Good looking products also. Were just gathering ideas and pricing for a kitchen remodel.

Again only 1 star, because I have to. Following up on my previous review. Still no kitchen, doing dishes in my bathtub. So, now I find out they are selling products that they have no raw material to build??? They want me to hire someone to replace the 70% + of cracked and defective doors!!!! I dont think so - that is on them..............SO THEY HAVE HAD MY MONEY SINCE APRIL AND NOW IN AUGUST, I STILL DO NOT HAVE A COMPLETE KITCHEN.THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been working with Vanessa she has been so helpful and very knowledgeable! She really listens to what I wanted and let me know if it is possible and the cost differences to keep me with in my budget. I highly recommend her and the CL staff, her associates were always willing to help as well!

Brian was great! He helped me through every step of the process and made it very easy. He even pointed out some design tips for the way I wanted to lay out the cabinets and it made all the difference. He paired me up with their partner contractors for cabinet and countertop installation. We had intended on doing the cabinet install ourselves but decided to spend a little extra to have them done and I’m so glad we did. They look perfect and they had it done in only a few hours.I’m so glad we did this. A renovation can be a nightmare but Brian took a lot of that stress off of our shoulders. Highly recommend!

CL kitchens is a fully professional cabinetry company who still believes in putting the customer first. They provide a good job at a fair price. Their product is well made and the staff is second to none. Even though during the design phase we had made changes to the original layout, our ideas and concerns were all addressed and incorporated into our final design and our designer Keith V. was instrumental in the final product and as a bonus he was also a joy to work with. Amber at Palm Beach Countertops, Jen at GIS was our installation liaison, and Fred our cabinet installer was very meticulous and excellent at what he does. Finally, in a world of where customer service is quickly disappearing, the staff and products of CL Kitchens are a rare find. Highly recommended.

Our sales associate Brian Nason at the Royal Palm Beach store was very professional. His follow up was by far the best out of all the cabinet stores we inquired at. He had the kitchen laid out and quotes sent to us within 24 hours. He gave us several options to make a decision. My wife and I would have no problem recommending Brian at CL Kitchens to our friends and family.

Wanted to remodel a new kitchen. Called them to see if they will be able to give me a quote. The person that answered the phone told me that to bring measurements to the store for a quote and if I wanted to have them go see my kitchen they will charge $99. I remodeled several houses and most contractors do not charge $99 to go measure your kitchen and they will always be happy to give you suggestions and ideas to make your kitchen better.

Went in to CL kitchens not knowing what to expect since we had gone to different places to quote our kitchen and were pretty dissapointed with the service. As soon as we walked in we were helped by Brian and he was awesome. He took the time to listen to what we needed and advised us in several things . Immediately he got to work and showed us how our kitchen would look like. Brian just made the entire experience great from start to finish.

Brian was awesome to work with. He helped us layout the perfect outdoor cabinet setup. Only place we were able to find cabinets that could be left outside and still be aesthetically pleasing. We are so happy!

I stop in the Wellington store to browse and look at the cabinets. I had went through an online dealer who designed the kitchen for me and I was ready to proceed with them. I’m so happy I did not as Brian was so helpful at the store. He literally designed my kitchen just how I wanted it within 30 minutes. I had all the measurements with me, which helped and saved time. We decided on a layout, he came to the house to confirm measurements and then I made my deposit. I’m so happy with how easy this process was. Plus I was able to get the countertops through their partner and saved more money on my cabinets. It was cheaper than piecing it out and going thru a different company. My next kitchen, I will definitely go to CL Kitchens and won’t even think to go anywhere else. Thank you CL Kitchens and mostly, thank you Brian - you made this process so simple.

Went in to the Wellington FL. location and we were immediately greeted by a seemingly nice fella. After speaking with him, for less than a minute, I was shocked. He was so rude and unprofessional. You would think a 40K (plus) remodel would have sparked some interest but no. We were out the door in less than 2 minutes. I assume he was not the owner because he clearly did not want my business.

Cassie went above and beyond from start to finish with my project! She helped us select incredible cabinets that matched our style preferences and need for functional, long-lasting, and high-quality cabinets. She helped us envision exactly what we wanted, starting with a measure, countless possible layout suggestions and product offerings, and then a digital design of what we had discussed. Having this 3D design was vital to the success of the project--Cassie was able to render exactly what was in our minds into a physical image, which then became the blueprint for the entire project. When I say she did EVERYTHING, I am not kidding. Cassies project management skills are extraordinary and I can only imagine she treats all of her customers the same way she treated us--with the same kindness, empathy, urgency, commitment, and prioritization of our requests and/or concerns. We were originally going to go with IKEA cabinets, but Cassie helped us do a professional and thorough comparison of CL Kitchen products to IKEA. What we came to understand was that, if we went with IKEA, we would be paying double the price, get lower quality items, and still have to pay more money for someone to assemble them. She was warm and understanding, and really had the most creative solutions. I learned a lot about CL Kitchens cabinets (especially their quality and durability) through this process. As we close out this project, I cant thank Cassie enough for her hard work. We are thoroughly satisfied and take great pride in knowing that Cassie made our vision. We were at first reluctant to travel north to Boca Raton but decided to take our contractors advice.
