Rich and his team are the BEST! They did a fantastic job with the install of new carpet and vinyl flooring for our 3 bedroom townhouse. Got a great deal on some very plush and comfy carpet for the bedrooms. Didnt plan on redoing the flooring downstairs but had Rich give an estimate. The price was so good I just couldnt refuse. Got the most BEAUTIFUL rustic vinyl flooring that will last many, many years... especially with my 3 boys! Couldnt be more please with the outcome :)

This is the third time we have used Royal Palm Flooring. The end of May they took out our old tile and even some flooring beneath the tile in the kitchen. They ground the cement floor to make the floor even and put down our beautiful luxury vinyl wide planking. The crew came in and did a magnificent job in a relative short period of time. Rich came by before, during the installation and completion. While we could get tile from a warehouse and hope and installer is good, with Royal Palm Flooring I know it will be good! Rich helped me with the color of the luxury Vinyl planks and it all turned out great!

Royal palm flooring replaced the floor in our entire house which involved removal of an old wood floor and installation of a new floor. The job was flawless! All involved were professional, highly skilled and provided great value for the money. We needed the floor installed quickly to prepare the house for sale, and many products were in short supply because of COVID. I recently purchased carpet from Royal Palm Flooring for four rooms in my home. I was welcomed when I arrived in the store, and was treated like a valued customer. Although the carpet I chose was not in stock, the order arrived within the estimated timeframe, and installation was scheduled within a few days. The installation team did such a great job - I couldnt be happier. They were very careful and really worked well together. I will wholeheartedly recommend Royal Palm Flooring to anyone who is looking for new flooring, and I will definitely use them again in the future when the time comes.

Royal Palm Flooring has great selections with great prices. I used them a few years ago and this year I went back to them for my wood floor and carpets. Rich, Donna and Samantha give good recommendations and information about the products. Jeff did an incredible job installing our teak wood flooring. Great service and timely. They are the best!

Royal Flooring was very helpful during the purchase of my flooring with totaled just over $10,000 however the measurements were off and we ordered 8 boxes of flooring above what we needed. The invoice is contradicts itself by saying 35% restocking fee and cash and carry. We were prepared to pay the 35% restocking fee but in the end they would not take back my extra boxes. My husband also ordered some boarder to frame ends were the flooring met my tile for a smooth transition. These items cost $140 and they charged me $120 in shipping. When I called I was told this vendor charges a lot for shipping and was very upset because they never to us. This was in the end credited back to me.Buyer beware! Don’t over purchase because you’ll be left with the product. In my opinion they lost a great customer and many referrals because I will NOT tell my neighbors and friends who LOVE the flooring to purchase from this store. $800 of merchandise returns cost them much more in future sales. Bad business practice because this was a very simple error in the end.

We recently purchased luxury vinyl floors for our new home and Royal Palm Flooring did and amazing job. Everyone at the store was great to work with and they were very accommodating to us with our numerous scheduling delays. The owner Rich and the installers Carlos and his guys went above and beyond and we couldnt be happier. My husband couldnt believe they did they whole house in a day! We are so happy we went with them over the big box stores - they were less expensive and the service was phenomenal!

Couldnt be more pleased with the outcome of my 3 bedroom carpet installation on 01/25/21. The gentlemen arrived promptly and got right to work. They even fixed subpar subfloor in one of the bedrooms and pointed out non-related carpet issues that I hadnt noticed as they worked their way room to room. The carpet is soooooooo soft. I think I rolled around on it for at least 10 minutes. Highly recommend Royal Palm Flooring. We had our bedrooms carpets done and they were very quickly to get it done and done right. The minute we walked into the store someone was there to help us and guide us trough the multiple options. The owner was very nice and even gave my son a pice of vinyl, so he could play with his hot wheels in his room, as he wanted hard floors to play and not carpet. I would highly recommend Royal Palm Flooring.

Had work done by them once, 25 years ago. There was always a problem spot where the flooring kept pulling apart. Fixed it once under warrantee. Wanted. $$$ to fix it a 2nd time although same spot, same problem. It was not a terrible job as a matter of fact their demolition crew was excellent. However I chose not to use them again.

Just used Royal Palm Flooring again for a fairly large job. As always, I was very happy with the work that was done. Had some issues with the contractors truck did some damage to my driveway. Rich bent over backwards and is still working to get it fixed This is a the sign of a really quality company. Many other companies in Florida would have just said too bad and moved on like a used car salesman. I would highly recommend this company because they are genuine people and actually care. Their first priority is the success of the job and if the customer is happy rather than get the money and run.

Best place, best products, best service

I found advertising with a spetial instalation price for sheet vinyl. I came there and ask exactly about it, girl bring me samplers with instalation price 5 times more expensive. When I asked third time, show me option from advertising she told that not enough amount of this item. I dont understand why place advertising, spend to it aproximatly $1k, offer spetials for landlords, which means big order and kick away customers. Dont waiste time to visit this store.

If you need flooring, this is the place to go! This place has wonderful owners, prices and professionalism!
