Disappointing customer service experience. I called the store on state Rd 7 in RPB this a.m and Eric answered with an attitude. I asked him a basic question about swatches and after several minutes of silence he responded in an extremely unacceptable tone. I think that I interrupted his nap. Anyway I will spend my money elsewhere for a major upcoming project.

Changed to one star. on two occasions over a year they have recommended and sold me the wrong paint sprayer tip. kids work here with no knowledge. we use the one in hollywood for work and they are so much better

Not buying paint here again! 2 weeks ago took a $75 can (on sale) back after my hip replacement to ask them to put it on the shaker for me. Employee comes to the door (no mask) tells me the manager wont allow it in the store for risk of Covid REALLY? I had a glove on.Again, employee came 3 ft from me at the door NO MASK! Super nice staff. Travis answered all of my questions, and helped me figure out everything I needed, he even wheeled the paint out to the car for me.
