Last couple of times Ive been helped by a young guy. He needs customer service training. Little things like explaining the options he sees on the computer, but I cant see, is helpful before asking which one I want, and doing more than pointing in the direction of where it is. Also, a thanks or have a good day at the end instead of walking away, is basic CS and general goodwill toward the public IMO. Other than that this store and the other employees are great!
