It has a sign on the door open Tues 10 am. It was 10:45 when I made a special trip thereto check out the store and buy fabric. They were closed with no sign of explanation. Got my fabric in Hobby Lobby.

Awesome, amazing, unbelievable customer service!! I do not live in the area but picked out a gift for my grandson that I wanted embroidered. They could not complete this during business hours but did it after hours and then delivered it to my hotel room. I had it so I could leave town the next morning.

The products have always come out nice, but add 2-3 days past when they say your order will be ready to pick up.

Bought 4 items on Wednesday they said it would be ready Thursday, came back on Friday and not done. Said it would be ready that evening. Came back Saturday and still not done. They have nothing but rude and hateful the entire time. I will not be back and do not suggest anyone return to this place. This would be a 0 star rating if it was possible.

Not even worthy of one star. I will never do business with them again and will tell everyone I know about their lack of pride in their work and low level of care they display to a customer who is not happy with the product I paid for. I showed them the problem with the work and I was treated in a hateful manner in person and hung up on when I tried to speak with them on the phone. Truly unfortunate that anyone treats a customer that way.

This is not a quilt shop. They have quilts for sale, but not fabric. The quality of the sewing on the items for sale is sub par.
