I was in the market for a new sofa for quite sometime. I had been to several other furniture stores in the area. Nothing seemed to fit what I was looking for. I stopped in at sofa city on a Wednesday, Cody was the sales person who greeted me at the door. We discussed my needs, price point, size and preferred material. Afterward Cody walked me through the showroom to what he thought met my wants. To my delight I was soon at the service desk making a purchase. I would refer Cody and Sofa City to any one in the market for new furniture.

The store is laid out so the sofas without recliners are on one side and the reclining ones are on the other. The sale team is low key and very helpful. Our salesman, Rusty, was fantastic. He was very helpful, informed and was willing to work up a great deal on our dining table, sofa, love seat and chairs. He almost got it delivered same day! I would shop here again when I need more furniture.

I was very pleased with the awesome customer service we received from Rusty at Sofa City. They were so accommodating and wiling to work out a business deal that work for both parties. Saturday morning I decided to buy a credenza for my dining room so I went to Sofa City in Russellville. Within a few hours it was sitting in my dining room. They were easy to work with and had what I wanted in stock.

Really great place to find everything you could ever need for your house. Cody, Gage, and Rusty were all really great to deal with. Very helpful and knowledgeable and they answered all my questions and even loaded up the furniture for me.

Bought a sofa and ottoman today from Cody and Luke today at Sofa City. They were both professional and helpful, not intrusive, and went out of their way to suggest several designs before we found what we wanted. We had planned on shopping around, but after meeting with these two and looking around, we found what we wanted and at a magnificent price! They also suggested someone to deliver our sofa, and it arrived quickly. If I could give them ten stars, I would do so.

We purchased a love seat and stuffed chair at the Russellville location. Cody was extremely helpful. The price was reasonable and the service was great.

I am contracted with DHS of Arkansas as an Intense Case Manager for Money Follows the Person Program, it’s a program to help people that have been in nursing homes that no longer require that level of care to get back into the community, the funds help with housing, furnishings, goods and services to set up the client for success, I went In with a super tight budget but Joshua went above and beyond to make it happen and make sure my client was happy and able to find furniture that he could easily transfer to and from his wheelchair successfully and all within the budget he was given. I recently purchased a mattress at Sofa City in Russellville. I went because of the President’s day sale I saw on Facebook. While I didn’t purchase the exact one advertised, I found a comfortable mattress set within my budget. There were no high pressure sales techniques to buy something I couldn’t afford. I have slept very well and am very satisfied with my new mattress.

Sofa City, specifically the salesman Kody, was the greatest experience I’ve ever had in regards to shopping for anything. The furniture itself is top tier, and the salesmanship is supreme.

I came in today looking like a hot mess and frantic- Im moving into a new office and I needed several chairs...PRONTO. I needed a one stop shop due to it coming down to the wire and having no more time. (Ordering online is a nightmare right now, Ill leave it at that.)
