Looking For Floating Catfish Food, Same Brand $7.00 Less For A 50 Lbs Sack Than Other Stores! 2 Young Ladies At The Checkout Counter And Man And His Wife Was Upset About Something, Being Hateful, The Young Ladies Just Kept Being Nice To Them, Very Professional, Really Admired Their Attitude! Customers Waiting And One Of The Young Ladies Just Kept Being Nice And Worked The Customers Thru, While The Other Young Lady Tried To Make Them Happy! I Had Called Earlier, When I Got To The Register The Young Cashier “ Allison Is The Name on The Receipt” Asked If She Could Help And I Asked About The Catfish Food And She Said “ Yes” You Called Earlier And Immediately Took Care Of It! Checked Me Out And The Older Folks Still Grumbling About Something! Young Clerks Still Being Professional And Taking Care Of Business! First off, not all stores are created equal. This Tractor Supply was clean and provided excellent customer service. I was there to fill my RV propane tank and was able to get a few other items needed in one convenient stop. My best compliment is for service provided by all I encountered here. Customer Service is lacking far to often now days so Thank you.

It has been awhile since Id bought dog food there and they now have a rewards card. When I told the cashier that I didnt have one, she asked if I wanted to sign up for one and I said yes. It only about 3 minutes to do and I just have to give the cashier my phone number when I check out now to use it! They are always so friendly and helpful in there.

Super nice staff. We just built a fence around our property and bought all the supplies from tractor supply. The price was cheaper than everywhere else and they had all the hardware that we needed. Also picked up a DeWalt 60 gal air compressor for a good price. Brought my dog in once and they were very welcoming and gave her lots of love.

Ask the manager if they had their brand (4 health) puppy chow. She was 3 aisles from it and simply told me IF ITS NOT ON THE SHELF WE DONT HAVE IT. But how was I to know where to look.? I did find it on my own . The other employees were great but the new manager here needs to find a new line of work. I probably will not return until new management is there.

We love the store and the products but the employees range from unkowledable to rude. I feel the same about the Conway location. We spend upwards of $500 a month on feed and feel like a loyal customer deserves a bit better service.

Price of the Purina Strategy horse feed is now off the summer sale. Instead of reverting back to the pre-sale prices, theyve gone through the roof. I asked the cashier to let her manager know that she had a customer complaint about the new price. She said there isnt anything that they can do about it. I buy a lot of feed from them, but I will be comparing prices with other stores. ****Update: I have priced feed around, and this price increase is a Purina issue, not Tractor Supply!

Dont know where the rude employees are supposed to be that other reviews have mentioned. One employee was helping a customer load dog food as I was coming in. The one who checked me out couldnt have been nicer.

This was my favorite TSC, but for the past two weeks they have been out of the feed and Items I have been needing and the manager named Janea snubbed me off when I was trying to get her help about Items out of stock, instead she went over and started flirting with a big man and failed to get my questions taken care of about the products that were out of stock. For the past three weeks this manager has been very rude!

We have a very large, blind dog who has a favorite toy and Tractor Supply is the only place that carries it. We also have two other dogs and three cats and a lot if their treats and beds come from Tractor Supply.

I have always gotten a military discount at all tractor supplies including this one. I went to go check out this time and the manager says tractor supply has never given discounts for military and who ever has been has probably been fired because of you asking for it. Very rude customer service by the manager.
