Congratulations to Kyle — today is his first day working @ SBUX. Understandably he was having a little trouble keying in my complicated order. Then my SBUX phone app inexplicably wigged out & I couldn’t use my stars ⭐️ to pay for my coffee. I offered to step out of line while I got my app fixed. Brooke stepped in, performed a Jedi Knight trick, and comped my drink. I doubly admired her Master’s level customer service maneuver: turning a newbie employee + a tech-dull customer into a pleasant surprise, and who doesn’t love a free Venti? ;)

Always super good, and I got the cookie crumbs fropichino thing and its SO GOOD 🍪🍫☕ But after I drank it, it made my stomach hurt really bad 🤢😥 It gave me really bad heartburn. But it was really good.

I placed a mobile order for a Hot drink but received an Iced drink instead. The baristas excuse was “She was in the zone making iced drinks.” It was remade quickly without the ingredients I previously wanted. Never again.

This is not a Starbucks that you can get in and out of quickly. Ordering a Cold Brew and and Iced Passion Tea, it was 10 minutes until I was informed there was no cold brew. I let them know iced coffee black would be fine. 5 minutes after that the tea was finally done… and they did the wrong tea. I just wanted to get the heck out of there and back on the road and they informed me that they ran out of a iced coffee and were brewing more. 25 minutes to get two of the most basic things on the menu… ending up getting zero of the things I originally ordered. What a mess.

Loved the coffee and the staff. The cashier Chris was fantastic in showcasing the new coconut milk vanilla drink. He described it so well that I had to have one. Thank goodness he did because I loved it. It was a really great experience. The rest of the staff was great also. Best Starbucks I have been to in a while and I go very often.

The place is meh. Location isn’t the greatest but neither is Monroe’s. The employees can’t control that but what they can control is talking to the customer. I went in to get my online order. And was never greeted when I came to the counter so I awkwardly stood there until my drink was ready. But after waiting 4 mins my coffee was sitting on the counter along with 5 other coffees and the labels were turned away from the customer. While I was in there someone got yelled at for not wearing a mask & I get it. But what I don’t get is Why I had to rummage through drinks on the counter especially with the virus. So after waiting for the guy at the counter to say something I took my melted ice coffee and left.

My favorite drink is Nonfat Caramel Machiatto. Can you believe every Starbucks I have visited from Texas to Georgia, and from Georgia back to Texas is out of Caramel. How can they even have it on the menu with no Caramel. Some stores were putting chocolate in it instead of caramel. Some substituted something else that didnt taste good. So my question is how can they sale it w no caramel w the substitute. Lol. Now I would much rather have the caramel. They say they have a shortage of caramel drizzle. What company makes this caramel for Starbucks.

I got what I always get at every Starbucks & thats a venti mocha frappuccino. It was very watery & weak like. Before I got half way done there was nothing else coming out of the straw because there was just ice like a slush. I even got the slush sound when sucking out the straw because nothing would come out. This was poorly made and had the color of chocolate skim milk if not lighter.

We arrived at 8:53 pm. The lady was locking the door and saw us drive up. We drove around to the drive through and they had already turned on the auto response for the closing! We called the store and they said their espresso machine was broken. We said we didn’t want coffee and they didn’t care. Don’t come to this Starbucks anywhere near closing time if you want to have a coffee. Terrible service. Rude employees.

Don’t fall for the trick!!!You will see this Starbucks off of the highway and it will be easily accessible and the only one in the area.Then you will get into line and wait over 30 minutes. This might actually be the slowest Starbucks in the entire world.It was actually a joke how long it took. Product was normal Starbucks so no complaints.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I have traveled all over the U.S. and stopped at tons of these stores and never have a waited over 30 minutes in a line with 6 cars in it. It has taken a large chunk of my travel time home. If youre traveling and trying to make decent time DO NOT STOP HERE!!!

Come to this Starbucks on a frequent basis gave up on getting drinks from them a very long time ago due to the fact that they take forever and it never fails trust me there out of something today I go to try to give them another shot they are out of ice so no frozen or cold drinks today is this a joke Starbucks ? It’s the middle of the summer why can’t y’all get it together ??? Why not just put a sign on the door that says CLOSED ???

The service here is always extremely friendly, quick, and accurate. Ive never had a bad experience at this location. Its also very clean.

The coffees good and the people are friendly, it just seems like the place isnt run well. Example: I just left there and two people were upset because their orders werent made (while people who showed up after them were picking up their orders) but worst of all, I ordered a Venti cappuccino. I just got home and thought it felt light. I removed the foam and heres what I have - about half full - and I havent even taken a drink yet! Oh, and be aware, about 20 cars are trying to fit into a tiny parking lot, which means those who are sitting in the ridiculously long drive-thru are blocking the spots of people parking and going in.

I was driving through and had a lovely short visit. Of course we were face masks as did the people behind the counter. They were friendly and jovial and very accommodating. Thank you

I just want to say how impressed I was with this place this time around. The staff was so nice and they made my order EXACTLY how I asked (nonfat latte with just a hint of hazelnut)...there’s nothing like a perfect cup of coffee on the go. I do this 12 hour drive at least 3 times a year and I always stop here. They’re always great, but this time was exceptional.

Ive been coming to this Starbucks for about 2 and a 1/2 years. Ive had a few problems, but nothing major. But today I waited 20 minutes for my coffee. When I got to the window the guy was texting on his phone with the window open. After about 2 minutes he asked me what did you get to drink? I answer a Carmel Crunch Ribbon Frappuccino. He walks away trying to find to realize my coffee wasnt made. Then employees were having an argument with the window open. And when I was given my coffee it was wrong. Also I went on double star Wednesday and didnt get any of my stars when I ordered and purchased. Im not a happy customer.When I ordered 2:24pm received drink at 2:48pm. What I ordered was a carmel ribbon crunch frappuccino grande size. I order this drink almost every time I go to a Starbucks.

The drive thru took way too long. Grilled Cheese was greasy and felt crunchier than a Taco Shell. Friendly staff and decent drinks though so it was a ok time.

This Starbucks is always out of stock. They never have pumpkin spice or pumpkin cream. They have been out of cups before! They also never have Chai. The service is good, but don’t come here if you want anything because they’re probably out.

Line doesnt move very quickly (and is physically a very narrow space), but this is understandable as they are always very busy. Drinks and foods are pretty consistently tasty, if a bit more pricey than you can get at other places.

Overall, this Starbucks is a good Starbucks, just like most are. Before moving to Ruston, I would often ţravel for work in LA-TX-TN. This Starbucks was my Ruston Office. Hot coffee, great tea, good service, stable wifi, and a decent sweet selection, drinks and snacks. The other plus about this location is that its right off of I-20.The reason it did not get 5 stars is because there had been at least 3 occasions where I ordered the tomato and mozzarella panini and they were actually out. One of those times, I had actually ordered online for pickup. :(

Asked for an espresso and it took 30 minutes and me being asked 4 times what did I order. Not coming back to this location. They didnt even put in the sugar they kept asking me about.

They were out of the bagel I wanted, but the lady at the register was pretty nice (although slightly condescending). The bathroom needed a serious cleaning, and it didnt look like a new development. The Skinny Mocha I ordered was great, though.

The coffee itself is good. I only had 1 bad experience that the lid smells funny but they make a new one for me.However, its very busy and I always have to wait for a while when I so drive through.It will be faster to order from the Mobil app.

There was a long line and the baristas did a great job of making our drinks accurately and quickly. The crew was very friendly and personable. This was a great Starbucks experience.

My girls and I were traveling back to Georgia and stopped at this Starbucks. All of our drinks were amazing. My girls said this was the best Frappuccino’s they’ve had from Starbucks. The service was exceptional. The two ladies that served us through the drive thru were so pleasant. It was refreshing to see smiling and joyful workers during this pandemic. Great job Ruston Starbucks 👍🏾.

Not sure what has happened to this place lately. The baristas were all friendly and personable when I starting coming here a year ago, but lately almost everyone seems to have an attitude. Ive been asked more than once when getting a refill if I drank the first serving on that same visit. Do they think Im bringing a cup from yesterday? Also more than once Ive heard my name called 10 minutes after I ordered a sandwich only to be told they were out of it. I hope they can get it together and do better with customer service in the future.

Staff is friendly and polite. Drinks are made fairly fast. Place is usually clean. A great place to do homework and grab an iced coffee! I come here at least once a week.

The woman who took our order was incredibly rude. This Starbucks has had the worst customer service I have ever experienced at Starbucks. I am used to going to Starbucks where I am happily greeted and kindly served my drink. I plan to never go back to this location.

I am an avid customer of Starbucks and usually love their products and service. I will say the store in Ruston on I-20 and Cooktown Rd, probably needs to implement a quality checkpoint before orders go out. We were traveling back to Texas and stopped for an Iced Coconutmilk Latte. I chose the Coconut milk option due to a lactose intolerance. We were given Venti Iced Coffee with Cream 😐 Disappointment set in because I was so looking forward to enjoying my Venti drink. So....check your order and make sure you have lactose intolerant tabs before you drink.

Customer service is always amazing. Ive never had to return any of my drinks. When I want to try something new, the staff always gives me great recommendations..

The coffee was very bitter. Not sure whats up with that. The people drawn to Starbucks have changed over the years and its become sort of a listless hangout. This one works because of the Barnes and Noble store. Employees seem to have forgotten the art of general service and friendliness; its mechanical, and so I can see why machines are easily replacing them. .

Went thru drive-thru. They kept repeating my order back to me wrong. Got to the window & my drink size was wrong. She looked at it, never said sorry, nothing. Handed it back in the right size cup but all they did was pour the other into it. Never said anything. VERY rude. They were not that busy, either.

I was traveling and needed caffeine. Im not a coffee drinker but I am definitely a Starbucks Refresher drinker! This was after 10pm so I really thought they were closed but the guys inside quickly let me know, they were still open.I have had MANY strawberry acai refreshers but this was hands down the very best one that I have ever tasted. That burista needs to train others!

Plenty of space to sit -- I ordered two ice coffees and one was great and the other, not so much. Its almost like they used different coffee or something. Ive noticed this at different Starbucks ... its almost like they dont have a standard recipe and each location is a bit different.

I love love love Starbucks my commute would not be complete unless I get MY COFFEE!!! When they started the online orders it was great because I didnt have to wait in the long line at the drive thru. Or if I order online and the drive thru has 2 cars I pull and say online order and Im out. The only thing I dislike is when you order they put your order on the counter now verses before it was behind the counter, I wish they would start back doing that.

Stoped by to get my drinks that I ordered on mobile app, one of my drinks was not on there i believe it was my mistake I thought I added it I asked the girl to add it when I got there on the drive through she did and was not rude about it . She was busy and I felt her frustration but she handled it well thanks for the professional act .8:00 pm staff thanks agin .

The line in the drive thru is always long and takes FOREVER. I end up ordering through the app while Im in line and Ive already ordered and paid by the time I get to the speaker.

Im sad I cant give zero stars. I came through town and decided to stop for a quick caffeine fix. BIG MISTAKE. There were a few people in front of me, so I expected to wait a few minutes for my drink. It took them 30 minutes to make my flat white. At the 20 minute mark when I asked how my order was coming along, the girl at the counter rolled her eyes. Seriously. The bathroom was also gross and smelled terrible. I used to stop by occasionally when I came through Ruston and it was fine, but this was the last time i step foot in that Starbucks again.

Please retrain your staff in the basic drinks. Every time I come to this location my drink does not come close to meeting the taste and quality expected from Starbucks. Tired of wasting my money.

Food and coffee was great. Womens bathroom was not up to Starbucks standards. A lot stains on counter, toilet paper on the floor and no hand soap.

Quick service usually - try using the app to place an order then go inside and pick it up if you are in a hurry. I would not recommend you go through on your way to work (way too many people)

So I just left Starbucks it is supposed to open at 5:30 but it’s not open it’s now 6:00 you can clearly see the employees in the building I called to see what time would it be opening no answer I called three times no answer I drove from farmerville to Ruston which I do ever weekend to say I’m unhappy is an understatement this is unacceptable the least they could have done was answer the phone
