All the staff were very nice and totally okay with me making a video call to help someone pick supplies. They even asked what I was making! The store itself was in great shape despite pandemic weirdness.

Couldnt find what I was looking for. Candle rings must be a thing of the past. Was trying to decorate for the gentleman I work for. Just wanted simple spring flowers rings for the candles. The store and the people were very nice.

These stores are pretty much the same. They are worth patronizing when what you need is on sale or discounted. Thats what got me in there. Checked out the framing of an original watercolor. After the sale discount, the framing would be over $250. For that much, I could purchase another decent watercolor, probably already nicely framed. I will add that the person who assisted me in selecting frames I did purchase for framing that I would do myself was very helpful and patient. Given the similarity of these stores, the difference would be the quality of the assistance available. By that measure, I was happy with my visit and purchase.

They have anything that you need for art supplies and much more! I really enjoyed this place.

Smaller store with lots of Merchandise. Store is well organized but a bit crowded. Staff was friendly but busy. Took off stars as middle aisles were not easy to navigate with so much in them. Also, there was a long line at checkout and only one cashier. Need more cashiers. Please note: face masks are required and all employees are wearing them.

I love alot of there items but was disappointed that they didnt replenish there fake stemmed flowers since the end of Feb..

I love michaels its great there. So much stuff to get my only thing with it though, is that its pretty expensive I bought a 6 ounce slime for my daughter that was 7 dollars! Other than that its a great store

Michaels in Rutland is a one-stop shop for all your hobby needs. From replacement chains and clasps for jewellery to art supplies to floral necessities theyve got it all! Its also a great resource for childrens activities like easy science experiments or fun crafts projects.

I can, and do spend way more time in this store than I have, because I love this store! I love to come here for so many different things, but I love to paint and they frequently have Basics paints on sale. They also some some nice, different jewelry making selections!

Good selection of general craft and art supplies. Always check for and use coupons- there are always some sort of very worthwhile discount.

The store itself was fine. However their bathroom was about rundown. The toilet was filthy, the toilet paper ripped and on top of the dispenser as opposed to inside it. Only one sink worked. However the cashier was friendly and kind. I would return, but hopefully the bathroom was handled better by future staff.

Nice place, lots of things for doing all kinds of crafts and projects. Store seems like it is overly crowded with displays in the way. Prices seem to be about average with other craft stores. I will shop here again most likely, but it is not my need to go to store.

Item was ready for pickup and the staff members were very kind both over the phone and bringing it out to me.

Terrible store that needs renovation and doesnt have many items. Just go to the West Lebanon one, they have much better inventory, a nicer store and no sales tax.

No monitoring at the door and place was full of people.

Love Michaels, lots to learn, lots to buy, still think their coupon policy and how they mark sale items in the store need serious redoing...

Check out line too long(over 20 customers waiting)..only two cashiers on a Saturday with lots of Christmas sales going on..definitely need more help!

Disappointed that they no longer carry anything from the Bob Ross line. Aside from that its a decent store with good staff.

Although Michaels isnt the cheapest arts and crafts store, I think they offer the highest quality products compared to JoAnnes and Hobby Lobby. They have weekly coupons and usually have some killer sales. Their staff are so nice and are eager to help. They are also knowledgeable about their products and thats a huuuuge plus to me. These guys seem to be the most friendly and family-knit out of the three major craft stores in my area.

This store use to be great. Its not bad now just falls short of my expectations.

Its unfortunate that I have to rate this store one star in an effort to get corporates attn. I love the employees at this store. I own a large childcare program and frequent this location. Its the only Michaels within miles and the staff is very helpful.. However..this store is freezing ..when I say its cold its not only unheated but in some parts of the store its blowing cold air!! Its below zero out. Their cashier had blue fingers. She was freezing..she kept rubbing her hands together. I asked her why wont they turn up the heat..she said corporate controls it. Well turn it up. Its allllllways freeezing .. I wld have stayed a little longer and spent a little more. Goodness from one employer to the next stop being cheap!

I thought this was a craft store. I went I. To get some stamped crossstich kits I asked a sales rep where to find them she had no clue as to what or where they were. When I searched the store they had very little supply of anything crossstich embroidery or needle point of any kind!!!!
