The customer service is beyond rude and makes getting fuel very frustrating. I would not recommend!

Cost was always good, but takes anywhere from 3-10 days to get the delivery, plus was charged for $270 worth of fuel that i never actually bought. company refunded me after a week, but am hesitant to order from Discount Fuels again.

Had fuel delivered to us for about a year from this company. Things were going fine up until the last few times we ordered from them. I normally scheduled deliveries online using their website and PayPal.The last few times we used them, they didnt show twice. I called the first time after they no-showed for 7 days. The older gentleman who answered didnt seem to understand the problem and argued with me a bit about it, but the issue was eventually sorted and we got our delivery.The second time they no-showed, they told me there was no payment on my end when I called, even though my credit card balance showed a payment. They ended up delivering next day, but they charged me for another delivery. I called about the double charge, and the same gentleman answered. He said hed look into it and call back. Never heard from him again. Disputed the 2nd charge with my credit card company. Had to wait nearly 2 months for the issue to be resolved since Discount Fuels never responded to the credit card company inquires about the situation.Id give them 3 stars, as they were alright up until the few deliveries, but Im giving them 2 since they would not look into the double charge issue, and I didnt hear from them again. My dealings with the older gentleman both times were less than professional. Ive switched to Rutland Fuel Company and they are much more professional and have had 0 problems with them.

Great business they have been very good about taking care of our fuel needs since moving to our house. Most of the time they deliver earlier than they anticipate which is really nice to not have to worry about running out. The prices are really good compared to other fuel companies in the area. Very dissappointed with Discount fuels, I am a diasabled single woman and ran out of fuel in January, they refused to deliver even paying emergency fee for 2 days!,Again I ran out last Thursday night and again I have to freeze til this coming Thursday because they wont be in Danby til then.This is so wrong!!!!

PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I WAS TREATED WITH SO MUCH DISRESPECT AT TIMES I WAS SCARED TO CALL BECAUSE THE LADY WAS SO MEAN also they say they are going to be at your house you wait all day they dont show and then when you call them too let them know the lady that answers is so rude and disrespectful that place should be shut down they are terrible 😡
