I can’t recommend these guys enough. RMI was great and we were thrilled with all the counters that we had fabricated by them. Nadine was instrumental in helping us find the perfect remnant of marble for the powder room and mudroom. Greg DiPietro is also great to work with. We did a kitchen renovation and there have been ups and downs. But the one constant “up” was Rye Marble. Specifically Nadine. She even answered questions late on New Years! (She didn’t have to!) She was so responsive and understanding about some lateness issues we had due to some winter storm and COVID delays. She always made me feel calmer in the midst of the craziness of a renovation. And the work they did was beautiful. She gave great advise on stones. And they came back quickly to fill a natural imperfection in the stone. Everyone we interacted with - from Nadine, to the owner to the installers were extremely pleasant. I couldn’t recommend more.

We were very pleased with our experience with Rye Marble. They had a beautiful selection of stone and were extremely helpful when it came to working through pricing options and designs. We had a little hiccup when it came to the installation (minor, really) and they were quick to make it right. Overall it was a very positive experience and we couldnt be happier with our new kitchen. Our experience with RMI was awesome!! The whole team did a top notch job from education of the various types of stones and their qualities as it related to maintenance and durability to the measure and install process. Nadine went out of her way to make sure we loved the stone and layout. She continually went above and beyond and exceeded out expectation of customer service.

Our experience with Rye Marble was one of the best of our renovation! I cant say enough good things about Nadine who went above and beyond in helping me choose the right marble -- meeting me at the warehouse and having many, many phone calls/emails to review pros and cons of granite vs quartz vs marble and then selecting the slab, even meeting me in person at the warehouse more than once! Because of her patience and assistance, I ended up with exactly what I wanted. But even the right product is only as good as the fabrication and installation, and on that count Rye Marble was again not just good but outstanding! I was worried about a seam that would be required in a long run of marble. Literally, you cannot see it. This is not my first trip to the countertop rodeo and so I know that seams can be very obvious if not done perfectly. This was perfect. We also elected to seal the marble to prevent etching. There was a slight problem with the first application but (and here is where you know youre dealing with a A+ company) there was NO discussion or equivocating about what should be done. They returned very quickly and took care of it to everyones satisfaction! I highly recommend working with Rye Marble.

Perplexed by all the positive reviews. Maybe these people did have great experiences but ours was terrible. The only problems we had with our kitchen renovation were with Rye Marble. First, our contractor had to wait for the marble even though we were ready to install and the counter-top had been ordered months before. Second, the cut around our stove was so poor that the owner was embarrassed and team had to come back again to do it right. (see picture) Third, and most important, we were told it was a hard marble that wouldnt etch and its etching/staining all over. Rye Marble came back and used a better sealant (why wasnt it used the first time if better??) but that didnt help. Now they are claiming its normal for etching given the type of marble we ordered. Why would anyone want a counter-top in a high-use area like a kitchen to be so prone to staining from basic liquids like water? Truly disappointed and wouldnt recommend at all.

We found the marble we wanted in stock at Rye Marble. The sales staff was helpful, educating us on their different materials and making recommendations on edges and finish. Their shop is automated so their lead time is quick. Their installers were personable, detailed, and very clean. I highly recommend Rye Marble!
