Let me start by saying that the staff at Its Lit are amazing. Very knowledgeable and always there to help. They have a huge variety of multiple products. I always have to stop in when Im in the neighborhood just to see what new merch they got. Their inventory is always evolving and they have the newest & greatest things. They also have a great selection of CBD products, including my favorite, GreenTop Farm.

Horrendous service. Woman working that day did not know what she was doing. Sold me a faulty vape pen then when I tried to return with receipt 3 hours later, she said they dont do returns and that the products are cheap and you get what you pay for. Do not shop here its a scam. Waste of $53 dollars cartridge + vape pen. Also I asked for a CBD cartridge and she gave me hemp oil if you wanted to know the quality of service you get here. I will be taking my business to tracks smoke shop in saddle brook.
