I guess I have to travel all the way to a town that I never been to, from NYC to get the 5 amp Hercules batteries, ridiculous. There is none in NYC, Westchester county Putnam county and long island. Connecticut is to far and Pennsylvania is to.

All things considered, still some great deals on tools even without the coupons. Staff here is nice and they restock frequently so never a long wait if you miss something.

What can I say about this place that hasnt been said already ? I love it, it is like a toy store for adults haha . My go to place for accessories and tool storage, part cases, carts and many other things. Good selection of things . I am tempted to buy some tools here as well and give them a go since the prices are phenomenal. This location has great parking, is very clean, and the line at the register seems to be moving nicely

I may be late to the game on this, but Harbor Freight no longer issues their coupons ( in print or online ) nor do they send their paper mailing book which showed what was on sale. And no more freebies with purchase. Apparently this has been the case since Feb/Mar 2021.I still like shopping there, but not for as many items as I used to. The products havent changed that much. I did intend to buy an electric lawn trimmer upon my last visit, but did not, when I realized their entire stock was tool only in the box, so you need to buy the battery and the battery charger pack, making the advertised price of the tool, not what it seems, not exactly.And I couldnt find a lawn tool that I could simply plug in with a long extension cord either. Other tools? Yes absolutely. Were there some decent sales? Yes, absolutely. And the staff was as friendly as ever, they always are.

Good store with good values to be had. They actually have a lot of stuff that home depot doesnt (especially smaller tools) and their variety for specialty stuff is larger. Was the best place to look for air tools in my opinion.Cant beat their 1750psi $90 pressure washer.

Bring back the coupons, please!?! I shopped here for the 3mil white disposable gloves because I use them at home for food prep. (Chicken, jalapenos). They only had one box and not in my size. Thats okay because they provided PPE to Frontline workers during the height of the pandemic. I applaud them for that action! I bought a few other things because I cant ever walk out of that place with just one item, they have so much useful stuff!

Depending on what you are looking for Harbor Freight rates anywhere from a 10 to a 2. For hand tools and non-precision items they are great and often a fraction of the cost found elsewhere. If you need high quality precision items this is not the place.

This place is fun. Decent tools cheap how can you beat that, except really good tools cheap. But with Harbor Freight if you loose a Harbor Freight tool theyre so inexpensive that you just run out and buy another. No sweat. I love this place!

I recently purchased a compressor, that burnt up upon the first usage . I went to return the compressor to the SaddelBrook store and was berated and criticized by the manager, I told the manager I just want my money back and I was told I have to pay a restocking fee, when I questioned the manager I was once again talked down to in a derogatory and discriminative manner, I simply stated that this item cannot be restocked it is broken and why do I need to pay a restocking fee. The nasty manager gave me a hard time and I ended up taking the compressor back to the Hasbrouck Heights location, where I was also not taken care of in a pleasant way, instead of refunding me they gave me a gift card and did not charge the restocking fee . I normally frequent the store because I’m a contractor and the store have fair prices on tools, but since I’m treated in such a horrible manner I don’t think I will patronize the stores any time soon . I reached out to corporate and got no response .

This place always seems upset that they have to deal with all the coupons. But ironically people only shop there because of the coupons. If they are going to inundate you with emails all week about coupons then Jessica should not be upset that she needs to process the coupons; makes no sense. The parsippany and Clifton store are friendlier.

Harbor Freight has great deals. I suggest that you look through the weekly flyer and use the coupons because they have a lot of deals that you have to use the coupons for plus they always have free stuff with the coupon. Its also worth getting their mailing list so sign up with your phone number at the register its definitely worth the effort because you can save a lot of money.

I have built 2 cars, remodeled a trailer, and remodeled my garage using only Harbor Freight Tools. I priced out all the tools I have, and I am very happy to say that my money was well spent. Now to talk about quality. I bought a line wrench set from harbor freight, it cost 15 dollars for 5 pcs, Snap-on charges 50 dollars per. Ive had the same set for 2 years now. Even then if I broke a wrench I could easily replace it 2 times over and get another entire set at the same price of one wrench from snap on. Dont get me wrong, I am not knocking the quality of high end tools. I have a bunch and had them for over a decade, but I feel like Ive definitely lost tools more than Ive broken them. For home use 100% recommend Harbor Freight, for professional use still recommend, but definitely have a couple of back ups just in case.

Great service, easy to find items, good, (used to be great prices) and convenient locations. The tools thus far (over the years) have been of decent quality, maybe I had one return since Ive been going there. That said, I use my tools daily. On the con side; Coupons dont work on newer tools and you still only get one free bee per visit. Additionally, maybe its me but the sale items seem to be the same price every time theres a sale.

Great place at great prices for all tools. But realize that the tools will never be the quality and duration of major brand tools you find elsewhere. However, for most jobs its more than adequate.

I was happy with the items i purchased. The price was great. I even purchased a collapsible cane for only a few bucks compared to what they charge at the pharmacy.

They had everything we went for but checkout took too long. They should have had an express line, should have announced when another lane opened, and should have been consistent regarding the use of coupons.
