Nice place to go for the things I need for my car or truck. The staff is very helpful I was able to go in and go out with no hassle getting the things I needed and was able to exit without a problem you know how busy things can get sometimes in these stores.

Wont do business here again. Need parts and have to pre pay for them but I cant personally pick them up. Im told if I pay for them I have to be the one to pick them up that my helper cant. Its for the safety of my personal info. Well I cant always be the one to pick it up so I wont spend my money here. Policy is always good but should be flexible in some aspects!

Every time I come here, (which is quite often) I am met by two grumpy old men who move extremely slowly in everything they do. From talking on the phone to finding parts in the back. I usually receive great customer service at this store but today the service was not so great. We waited in line and were there for a car battery. We stood in line and asked the female attendant we needed help with our battery and went to the area of the batteries instead of helping us she ignored us and assisted other customers.

Clean store. Its pretty easy to find things. They usually have the lowest prices on stuff, but you have to remember that you get what you pay for when you are looking at car parts.The staff is marginally helpful at best. I usually do better looking things up on my own rather than asking.

Slow motion and they rang it up wrong so dont just slide your debit card thinking they did it right. It pays to do the math yourself before you pay the bill

Very helpful when it came to finding out what the problem with my car was. They also recommended some good and cheap mechanics to help fix it when they didnt have the tools/supplies to do so. Loved the experience, it just smelled real funny in there so thats why it isnt 5 stars

Good selection and prices on automotive parts and accessories. Staff is competent and friendly. They will help you check your battery, and even help install new wipers free of charge. Store is clean and well organized.

My brother loves this place. But if you do not know anything about cars do not go here. I have my brother call ahead so I can just pick up. That worked fine. My brother-in-law wrote what he needed on a piece of paper for me. Got no help whatsoever. I actually got laughed at. And I am not joking I got laughed at. So I not took my paper down to OReilly got all the help I needed.

My husband went there to get a battery it took almost an hour and they gave him the wrong one so he went back to get the right one they said he charged it on credit which he didnt he put his pin number in but they said he didnt so they refunded it under credit and it still hasnt been put back on my account. I will never shop there again it was a bad experience and they said they keep ur card on there file for 90 days which I dont agree with at all. Very unprofessional management

Usually not to hard to locate what you need, its not a large store. This is good because it seems theres never anyone there except the 1 maybe 2 people stuck behind the counter. Staff not overly courteous but not rude, just doing a job.

Service is hit or miss. Usually its great but i have had an employee or two be rather short with me and one actually laugh at me once. 90% of the time the service is great and they take a military discount but that other 10% is pretty rough.

This place steals money. I went to get some freon for my car and they said my card didnt have enough money. I tried to transfer my money only to find that my card was charged for it, about $48.71. They said it would be refunded the next business day. I went back to get a refund for TWO charges to my card on the 4th of June and they have one record of my card being declined, and they were refusing to give me a refund. I have receipts from my bank, and they refused. Terrible place. Go to OReilly instead.

Get in the Zone.... VatoZone! Lmao! Somebody here -might- know enough about automotive repair to assist you with your needs and/or questions here! Whats a carrier bearing? Is just one of the questions that I know might stump an employee here, from what Ive heard and seen working at automotive repair shops here in Safford. You can just see them frantically typing away on the computer in front of them hoping that it will tell them what the hell a carrier bearing is! My boss was trying to order a heat activated choke pull-off rod for a carburetor on a 60s Dodge car, it actually is a rather common part on a carbureted vehicle, but I understand how challenging it can be sometimes if you dont have the proper experience to find things on a parts store computer, I worked for Napa Auto parts for a few years so I know how it is but I know also that lol... 😅 it helps when you have actual automotive repair experience at an auto parts store! They can be frustrating to deal with when you are working on a customers vehicle and you need parts for it but out of the other three auto parts stores here in Safford you gotta call VatoZone and hope you get the guy who has automotive repair experience and hope the parts delivery driver moves quickly and isnt farting around, Ive waited way too long for parts to show up sometimes before and have even gotten forgot about because the delivery driver sucks lol!

We stopped to have our r.v. battery checked ...they said bad battery..but we do not have r.v. batteries..We went right down street to NAPA they said your battery is fine..They checked a second time with another machine told us the same thing.Thank you NAPA for helping us.
