I had a tire that went flat while I was at the car wash and one employee came in his personal vehicle to help me get it changed then I followed him to the shop, he fixed the tire by putting a patch the price for the service provided to me was amazingly low, I will be coming back for further services needed from now. Employee was very helpful and quick. I recommend this place to anyone for service.

The tire service center is not too bad . Reasonable pricing, knowledgeable and friendly customer service gets them the 4 star rating now as for the fleet service, thats another story . I had a work truck sit there for 3 weeks before anyone looked at it and when I received a quote I was so in disbelief that they would even think about charging that amount for the work that needed to be done . Maybe I should have told them that I wasnt with FMI or maybe I should have said I was with FMI, maybe the rate would have been cheaper either way it was highway robbery. Im still trying to figure out how they came up with that quote, for a plug-in play doesnt make sense to me . Fleet service gets a 2 star and thats only because Im a nice guy sometimes too nice .

Fair prices and a great source for off-highway equipment tires. They have the know-how and equipment to safely mount split rim tires, too.

They worked on my mom’s car it had bad fuel pump and wheel sensor and wheel bearing needed replaced. We dealt with Chris mostly, he was very professional, cordial, and kept us updated on the cars needs. We really appreciate Haralson’s assisting us with my moms car repairs. We had a tanker in the area making a delivery of Diesel to a convenience store the driver discovered that he had a flat tire we called and they had a service truck enroute and got our unit repaired in just over 2 hrs . Thanks for the quick response .

I brought my car to Haralsons because it was leaking radiator fluid while traveling through Safford during a long road trip. Both Shawn (owner) and Jim were incredibly helpful and went far and beyond to get me back on the road. Shawn the owner even went as far as driving me to and picking me up from a motel because the repairs needed to be completed the following morning. The entire team at this facility were incredibly friendly, professional, and quite obviously enjoy helping & servicing their customers. This is the first and only time that Ive ever recommended any auto repair shop. Haralsons absolutely ROCKS!!!

Transmission flush excellent work . Transmission was experiencing lite slippage, their transmission flush did the trick shifts really nice now !!!

Small town service what can say. Friendly, helpful, patient. They wouldn’t accept a penny until the work was done and I was satisfied. New wheels and tires installed. It was a pleasure to doing business with them.

Took my car in, and from what I can tell, the AC compressor needed replacing. What they tried to sell me was a whole “AC set,” for $1700. I was not prepared to spend that much (plus I’m pretty sure it’s just the compressor that needed replacing, not this “whole set” of items.Had to pay $150 just for the privilege of them telling me what they think was wrong with it (even though I disagree with diagnosis). Won’t be taking any car to them, again.

Rusty did an awesome job on the alignment. Only reason for leaving 3 stars is that I made an appointment on Friday at 2 pm and was told it would be about 2 hours after I dropped off the car. I tried calling multiple times and could not get an answer. Tried calling again multiple times Saturday morning with no answer. Drove to Haralsons Saturday around 830 am. While waiting for the customer in front of me, the phone kept ringing over and over. All of the phone calls were ignored by staff. Once I got to the counter, I was told that the alignment had been completed but the tires hadn’t been installed. I was told it would be another 2 hours. I finally received a call 4 hrs later letting me know it was done.

They talked with the customers in the front of the line about pointless small talk and not doing their job when there was a long line behind them. They gave me an estimate for an hour for an oil change and ended up taking closer to 2 hours. They also broke one of the screws on the top cover of my engine. They said they would order a new one to replace it however.

Accommodating and reasonable. The road hazard warranty was well worth the extra cost for me. 1mm of wear and picked up a screw on the edge of the treads. Unlucky but $60 is better than $360 for a new tire.

I had an appointment for 11:00 and it took an hour and 45 minutes to have for new tires installed. After an hour and 15 minutes I had to ask the status of the job. Demeanor of employees was more friendly than helpful. Tire job seemed competent. Two customers came in with complaints in the time I was there.

Staff is great and very knowledgeable. I would of given 5 stars but they didnt add enough air to my new tires. I had 2 new tires put on and they are both different pressures

The guys in the service department are extremely nice, professional, and they did a great job. The price was very reasonable and they delivered my vehicle to me when they were done. You cant ask for better service than that!!!

Overall service was good. Glad to see Norm still there. Couple of disappointments though. They forgot to reset my dash alert after the service, and they didnt put the reminder sticker on the windshield.

Ive been here a few times. Bought tires and had service done. They do get busy and like many tire places it can take a while to get service done. The service has been great so far. The employees helpful and seem positive.

I had a great experience with Haralson Tire. Brought my car in with a slow leak in one of the tires. I did not have an appointment, but Josh took it right back and fixed it no charge. Very kind and professional!

I had to drive four hours from my home to get here. I had noticed a little vibration before, but it was definitely noticeable on my way here. I stopped by Haralsons Tire and told them I was taking my dog to a vet appointment. They were really busy and were worried about me making my appointment. They said to come back after the appointment and theyd be sure to get me and and balance my tires. I came back and Josh was able to get me right in. It wasnt my best day, plus it was very long, but Josh and the guys at Haralsons were able to take care of things so my trip home was much better. They did a great job and I appreciate them making sure I was taken care of!

Rusty did a four wheel alignment on my truck. He took the time to answer all of my questions and to explain to me what was out of adjustment and how he put the alignment to specifications as set from the factory. Chris had great customer service skills at the counter also. Ive been a customer of Haralsons 1981 and theyve always taken good care of my automotive needs. Do not hesitate to do business with them.

Overall it was very good. I was a little disappointed that they did not have the tires I needed and they needed to be ordered. Fortunately I was still able to drive on my tire even though it had a nail in it. I have no other transportation so needed my vehicle. Other than that it was good.

Was told it would take 2 hours.Ran some errands and came back 2 hours later to find my tires had not been touched. I wasnt happy about it but maybe they really were that busy. Then I realized other customers had come in after me, been serviced and completed while my wheels sat untouched. When I pointed this out, the attendant defended their actions and I walked outside in frustration.Shortly after I walked outside a young man came out and asked me which wheels were mine and I told him. They jumped on them right away and I do appreciate that.They finished the tires and loaded my wheels back in my car for me. I was running late at this point and left.When I got home and put the wheels back on my car, one wheel was clean and one was filthy. I cleaned the filthy wheel to find 3 separate areas on that wheel that were damaged; tool scrapings and one is quite significant.This is the first tire change for this vehicle.Ive seen someone responding to posts as the owner and I hope it really is the owner and that they see this post. I will gladly upgrade this review if you make this right. My car is a little over a year old and now has a damaged wheel at the hands of your employees. Please replace the wheel damaged at your shop.Unfortunately this morning I found damage on the other wheel also. They were pretty careless with my wheels.
