I purchased two phones and switched over six accounts to Safford Cricket on a Saturday an hour before closing. The previous cell company made it difficult to switch to Cricket, but the Cricket sales clerk Sadee stayed on the phone with them until 1.5 hours after closing to make sure everything went through on that day because without that other company releasing the accounts, the entire transaction would have fallen through. Sadee was amazing and patient considering were taking up her Saturday night. Several times we suggested that we just stopped and try to come back Monday, but she made sure that the other company released these accounts. Towards the end the owner Eric even came in and got on the phone with Crickets specialists to force this other company to let us switch accounts. It was the best customer service Ive ever received.

Best and most affordable cell service in the Gila Valley.

We got cell phones from this company and paid money for them we also paid money for the first month and we also paid for connection fees and we had two bars of service one bar going in and out there for the service stunk and we ask for money back and so we got money back for the phones only and we couldnt even use the service so therefore I give this one star because this company stinks so they kept like 200 to 280 something dollars of our money for connecting the phonesp anda service and all that we couldnt even use the phones so I dont recommend this company to anyone I recommend Verizon because Verizon picks up pretty good here you have your issues every once in awhile with the internet being a little slow but it picks up way better.oh and also you can get for phones that are prepaid phones and you only have to pay $100 a month to have 4 phones with Verizon
