Got a pretty good deal on a set of tires. Made an appointment which they met and got me in and out pretty quickly. Customer service was great and the gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The worst had appointment at 1 to swap rims some Little Guy 🤏 name Tom comes out with attitude talking about sensors well he checked the 22s but didnt check the originals to see if he could put them on just assumed that he couldnt so I waited to see a much better more professional employee and he checked again right to see if he can put them on well what do you know theyre getting put on

The associate was very friendly and didnt try to force a price on me I couldnt afford. He gave me his professional opinion, I got what I wanted and will go back there again.

Received quick service, even though I didnt have an appointment and guys were great to work with. Went to see why my tires were losing so much error and they told me issue, said they cleaned it up and did that for free. Im about to buy new rims, which was my main issue and Ill be back to buy and get those on. Great experience.

Got there a little before 11 and was told it would be about 2 hours. Didnt get tires put on til a bit past 3 so wait time was a little ridiculous. Other than that customer service is always great here and once my car was in the bay was done relatively quick. Miguel was also very courteous.

This place is fantastic. They have THE BEST customer service. I always trust them to get my tires because after they replaced my worn out tires they do free air pressure checks and tire rotations. If you ever get a hole in your tire that needs a small patch from a nail, they generally are willing to do that free of charge unless the tire needs to be replaced. If you ever need someone trustworthy to take care of your tires, I would highly recommend this place.

Called in for a specific tire that they ended up not having in stock so they ordered. Was told it would be in that day or the next and they would call me. I waited 4 days before I called them to find out the tire was indeed there but nobody called to let me know. At this time I was already out of town. When I got back into town I went to get my tire changed to find out the tire was no longer there. They ordered a new one and told me it would be in the next day and they would call me. I ended up calling the next day around 3 due to not being called the last time and I have to drive to family’s house for the holidays so it’s a little more important this time around. The salesman was rude, informed me the tire was not there and reminded me that he told me he would call me when it came. It’s now 6:30, discount closed at 6. I guess I won’t be getting a tire yet again. Hopefully tomorrow I get my tire or I won’t be able to make it to my family for thanksgiving due to being on a donut. Very dissatisfied with the service. Wish I had enough time to find another company to provide me with the tire I need but nobody has it in stock.

Ordered a tire over the weekend and was told they would call Monday morning when it was in store. No call was ever received. I called and magically the tire was being delivered at that very moment (1:45pm). Went to get the tire placed onto my vehicle and it took 2 1/5 hours just for the one tire change. The store was practically empty!

The staff was courteous. Fast service. I had some repairs that had been done in an emergency that were not safe. They noticed them and fixed them. I wanted new rims they took the time to make sure they fit properly. I had an appointment, they had a lot of walk-ins and still had me out of there in reasonable time. Nathan the manager was great to deal with, every one was friendly even though they were extremely busy. Great Experience. Thank you

Absolutely Horrendous Service. I called 10/05/2018 to get a quote on tires and they were the best price I could find. The worker (Tom) told me I would have to wait a day for the cheaper tires to come in. Tom scheduled me an appointment for the next day at noon. I showed up and I got another worker who told me the tires werent there and I would need to pay another $70 to get tires today. I told him I had no interest in paying more for Toms mistake. I had already taken my own time off of work as well as a coworkers time for a ride back to work and the worker suggested that I simply come back tomorrow. Unfortunately that isnt an option when you have a job. Due to Toms ignorance at his own job I wasted an hour of pay at mine and was forced to scrabble to find tires somewhere else. I found a great set of tires at Belle Tire right down the road. Big Shocker here! The tires where actually there to be put on my car. I believe Discount Tire should have sold me the next available tire at the price of what I was quoted. A customer should not have to pay for a incompetent workers mistake. I will not be taking any business to Discount Tire of Saginaw in the future.

Wife came here because she had a bolt in her tire. They told her she only needed to replace two tires on her AWD Kia Sorento, the bolt was located in the front right tire. Upon arrival instead of replacing the tire with a bolt in it and the other front tire they replaced the back tires leaving a tire with an actual bolt on the vehicle, you can see the attention to detail here. When she tells them the problem the guy who sold her on two new tires because the tire was beyond repair then says to her will just repair the tire, great business practices here maybe remember what you tell people a couple hours before so you don’t look like you’re trying to rip them off just a thought. After arguing with them they agree to replace the tire with a bolt in it. Now with it being AWD both front tires need to be replaced but you guessed it this place only has one tire and tell her we can get the fourth one in tomorrow. To say they did everything wrong with a simple tire replacement is an understatement. If you’re looking for any attention to detail take your business elsewhere.

Great staff, quick service, wide selection and they understand people have to work with a budget. They may make suggestions about which tire is best for your car but I dont feel they pressure sell you. Have gone there numerous times and will always use discount tire for my new tire needs.

Service is always slower than what it seems it should be. Always think Im getting a good deal until another $100+ is added for all the fees. Not like your just going to buy them and take the tires home, mount, and balance them yourself.

Doing a great job of social distancing

I got here at 230 pm. The salesman (who was actually really helpful and friendly) tells me 1 hour and 30 min max wait (assures me itll be faster than that) Its now going on 530 and my car hasnt even been touched yet. People have arrived after me and been serviced already and left. Friends of the people that work here. Id never bring my car here again.

It doesnt matter what problem my car/tires are having. The guys at Discount Tire are always so generous in helping. They have such a great understanding about their jobs and offer their advice. I have never felt like they were trying to talk me into buying something my car shouldnt have, or telling me something was wrong just to increase their sales. They are very trustworthy, kind, knowledgable, and willing to answer any questions I have. I have always left feeling satisfied and treated well. Not many places are like this, but every experience I have ever had with them has always been 5-star.
